SPECIALIST - COMPETENCY MANAGEMENT

(Fixed Term Position)

Key elements of the position include:

• Perform/coordinate the development/updating of competency dictionaries and position profiles.
• Coordinate the enhancement of competency management system applications.
• Perform/coordinate the development/enhancement of competency assessment tools.
• Facilitate/coordinate the implementation of Individual Development Plan.
• Coordinate the implementation of professional certifications and maintain good relationship with related parties (such as LSP Perhapi, PII, etc.)
• Perform/coordinate the implementation of competency-based salary review.
• Perform/coordinate the implementation of career management programs.
• Coordinate the recording of competency-related data.
• Prepare competency-related reports.
• Demonstrate and encourage the conformity to and implementation of HSE policies, rules and regulations.
• Initiate continuous improvement efforts within the designated areas.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Three (3) years relevant experience in competency modeling, competency assessment, assessment tools development, employee development, and competency system.
• Knowledge of up-to-date human resources and competency management issues.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and time management competencies.
• Interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
