Hanwha is one of biggest group in Korea which has a broad range of business, spanning the spectrum of manufacturing (petrochemical, explosives and defense products), construction, finance, services and leisure industries.

HMSI as one of affiliate company from Hanwha Corporation which started Mining Services in East Kalimantan from 2013, we provide for Drilling & Blasting and Explosive services to the Indonesian customers.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified personnel to fill positions below :

 

Senior Maintenance Planner & Mechanical

Job Description :

• Controlling, close monitoring and review parts of fast moving stock in warehouse coordinating with Logistic / Purchasing team for project operation runs well
• Ensuring shutdown operational tool maintenance schedule by coordinating with operational team
• Coordinate with purchasing team of sites to specification and quality of parts ordered for all projects operational support
• Make weekly and monthly reports related to work / maintenance planning report to Superior
• Ensuring the preventive of maintenance equipment / unit/ plant runs well related to the efficiency of the maintenance costs that have been determined
• Plan a repair schedule for components according to target hours or critical conditions to prevent damage (prevent breakdown) as well as preparation of components on schedule
• Managing Mechanical Availability (MA) with maintenance schedules and component replacement

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
• Having work experiences as a Maintenance Planner for minimum 5 years vc. Understand basic of Maintenance & Mechanical, Planning, Scheduling, Maintenance support system, program maintenance, maintenance costs, and maintenance document standard
• Understand the rotary drill unit (at least Sandvick D245S class, Atlas Copco DM45, etc)
• Understand unit trucks (Volvo class FMX 440, Scania P 360, MAN, Hino, etc)
• Understand electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pumps and boilers.
• Having skills of reporting, analysis skills and good communication
• Willing to be traveled around projects

 

Foreman Drilling

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree
• Having knowledge to operate drilling unit Hydraulic / Rotary Blasthole Drill (type Atlas Copco, Sandvick. Reedrill) in DM 30/ 45 area or up
• At least 5 years experiences as Drilling Operator
• Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
• Willing to be placed in Muara Teweh - Central Kalimantan

 

Drilling Operator

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree
• Having knowledge to operate drilling unit Hydraulic / Rotary Blasthole Drill (type Atlas Copco, Sandvick. Reedrill) in DM 30/ 45 area or up
• At least 3 years experiences as Drilling Operator
• Holds SIM B2 and SIM A Driving License
• Willing to be placed in Muara Teweh - Central Kalimantan

 

Drilling Mechanical

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree, backgroundvb. At least 3 years experiences as Drilling Mechanical
• Having BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate is an advantage
• Having knowledge of troubleshooting system mechanical of Drilling Equipmentve. Willing to be placed in Muara Teweh – Central Kalimantan

 

MMU Operator

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School with minimum 3 (three) years experiences as MMU Driver / Operator
• Holds SIM B2 Driving License
• Willing to be placed in Muara Teweh – Central Kalimantan

 

Plant Operator

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree
• Having 3 (three) experience in Plant Area
• Hold Certificate of SIO Forklift Minerba or Disnaker and SIM B2 License
• Willing to be place in Muara Teweh – Central Kalimantan
