Jobs Vacancy of PT Agincourt Resources Martabe Gold Mine

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km² that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km².

The resource base on 31 December 2017 includes 8.8 Moz of gold and 72 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.

PT Agincourt Resources engages more than 2,600 employees and contractors, with approximately 98% Indonesians, of which more than 70% were recruited from local people.

To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

 

MAINTENANCE PLANNER SUPERVISOR (PRO 1808051)

This position will be based in Martabe Site within Processing Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks On ; 2 weeks Off and reports directly to the Coordinator Maintenance Planning.

The purpose of Supervisor Maintenance Planner is to ensure that all maintenance activities and maintenance improvement projects in Martabe site Fixed Plant are well planned, scheduled and organized so that the works are able to progress in a safe, environmentally responsible, efficient, cost effective and repeatable manner. The Supervisor Maintenance Planner will optimize, and monitor compliance to, preventive maintenance programs an schedules for all processing facilities and ancillary equipment.

The Supervisor Maintenance Planner have to coordinate with Process Operation and Metallurgy in developing shutdown plan including organizing all the resources, vendor, manpower, material, consumables and equipment to perform the maintenance task or project during preparation, execution and completion of regular maintenance, projects and shutdown works.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experiences:

1. Minimum Diploma 3 Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation).
2. Minimum 5 years or more in maintenance planning role in gold plant operations.
3. Knowledge of CMMS systems preferably with Pronto experience.
4. Knowledge of equipment, tools and materials used in the mining industry.
5. Ability to organise plan and schedule using CMMS- PRONTO
6. Ability to organize daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans.
7. Good understanding and experience operating Microsoft Project.
8. Ability to estimate the amounts of labour, materials, and equipment required for jobs.
9. Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
10. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook

 

SENIOR MECHANICAL RELIABILITY ENGINEER

(PRO 1808052)

This position will be based at Martabe Site in Processing – Maintenance Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks on; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Coordinator Engineering & Reliability.

The Role of the Senior Mechanical Reliability Engineer is to manage the Reliability Engineering function within fixed plant maintenance and provide technical support to the Maintenance execution teams in line with operational needs. They will work as part of a team and seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide professional support to the broader maintenance group.

The role will seek to improve reliability of the crushing, milling and gold extraction circuits in line with business plans. It will also provide support and coaching on reliability principles to the Condition Monitoring technicians and employees across the maintenance and operations teams.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Recognised Engineering Degree Mechanical or Electrical.
2. Vibration, Oil Analysis and NDT Training Qualification.
3. Possess broad based, experience in similar engineering roles within the mining, oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
4. A good understanding of world class mining standards and associated safety standards (ANZS, BS, IEC, ASTM & PAS 55).
5. A good understanding of ‘Computer Maintenance Management Systems’ (CMMS).
6. Extensive previous experience with reliability engineering in a mining process plant or heavy industry environment.
7. Formal Root Cause Analysis training / qualification.
8. Hands on knowledge of Pronto or similar CMMS software.
9. Knowledge of maintenance tactics development tools (RCM, FMEA, and PMO etc.).
