Position: Commercial Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Support to all existing operations organisation, through all the project phases, particularly those related to Commercial Management (procurement, cost, contractual etc.) assessing both the strengths and weaknesses and compiling a comprehensive report for presentation to the client.
- Procurement Management which includes the development of a procurement and contracting strategy
- Manage Contract Management and Administration including the supervision, review, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on all consultant and contractor contracts
- Budget and Cost Control, provide an oversight of the Master Budget and each of the constituent projects and contracts which form part of the overall programme
- Payment Applications, review of all the payment applications with a summary of all findings and a final recommendation on payments
- Variation Assessment, review, assess, value all variations and make recommendations to the client
- Claims Management, review, identify and track causes, check validity, assess time and cost impacts and make recommendations to the client
- Final Accounts, manage the preparation, submittal, review and settlement of accounts.
- Review reports on the status of contracts indicating current status with regards to financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor the implementation of commercial policies and procedures within the organization ensuring legal compliance
Minimum Education & Experience
Master degree/bachelor degree from reputable university domestic or internationally. Working experience Minimal 10 years with 3 years as Commercial Manager in a big company/specialty in Mining/construction/energy sector.
Position: Infrastructure Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Design, develop and implement overall phase of infrastructure project.
- Manage day to day activities of the project team including oversight of the document control system.
- Provide technical support to ensure infrastructure development are done to a high quality standard and proper techniques.
- Liaise with related function personnel to insure technical, scheduling and cost issues concerning infrastructure are met the target
- Develop and implement project scheduling system that ensures all tool / machine is utilized to its fullest capacity and that working equipment met targets and costs.
- Deliver project plans, design, implementation, regularly reporting projects and identify issues, hazards, risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement systems that measure productivity and manpower utilization to ensure demands are met at the most economical way.
- Liaise with other function management to further develop business cases to optimize infrastructure development increase work load or save on costs.
- Provide advice to related section according to support infrastructure on the best work practice and techniques.

Position: Underground Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Oversight of all engineering and survey requirements for an active mid-sized underground mine.
- Plan and conduct surveys, tests, or investigations, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Perform work which involves conventional engineering practice but includes a variety of complex features, such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of standard materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
- Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities. Devise new approaches to problems encountered.
- Schedule and coordinate the work of direct reports in order to complete work on time and within budget parameters.
- Responsible for Safety, Health and Environment in the underground works areas.
- Participate in all safety associated activities with the underground development and infrastructure construction, corrective action notices, audits, accident/incident investigations reporting, job analysis, safety meetings etc.
- Coordinates with project director, contractor leaders, design engineers, procurement, planning and scheduling and other personnel in setting and maintaining priorities to ensure timely performance sufficient to keep the underground works on schedule and within budget.
- Manage the on-site contractors to ensure project field procedures within the underground works execution plan, including scheduling, planning, quality management, and performance management, have been established.
- Review the underground mine works daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports submitted by the contractors to ensure that safety, quality, schedule, design and specification requirements are achieved or exceeded.
Minimum Education & Experience
Master degree/bachelor degree Engineering from reputable university domestic or internationally. Minimum of 10 years on-site underground experience on major projects in mining and mine infrastructure construction and shaft sinking/equipping. Ability to follow procedures (especially with hazardous materials, equipment and machinery). Ability to operate large equipment and machinery, visualize three-dimensional layouts. Ability to work in dark, enclosed spaces for long periods. Enjoys hands-on work & Have a deep level of understanding and respect for established safety procedures, regulations.
Position: Project Engineering
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Provides instructions to the engineering team through project engineering instructions and procedures;
- Ensures the issue, the validation and the maintenance of the project equipment lists and /or other key engineering documents as applicable to each project;
- Ensures effective interdisciplinary coordination in particular through weekly meetings. Takes the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines. Controls that the engineering team properly interfaces with other project members;
- Supervises the issue of engineering deliverables and approves the key engineering documents;
- Participates to project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements;
- Ensures that engineering activity is compliant with project milestones. Alerts project management in case of unforeseen variation and suggests if needed mitigation measures
- Ensures effective technical coordination with Client’s representatives and as such participates to good communication with Client;
- Consolidates engineering budgets based on discipline departments budgets and controls it during the course of the project. Alerts the Project Management in case of variation and suggests if needed mitigation measures;
- Supervises the initiation and maintenance of project files;
- Leads and attends the design and safety reviews and supervises the follow up of the outcomes;
- 1Contributes to Project reporting for the engineering part (activities, quantities, budget, areas of concern.);

Position: Project Control Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Direct, monitor, and supervise Cost Controller & Planner in the development of the project budgets, schedules, and estimates to ensure all project activities are well delivered, on schedule, and conform to company’s procedures.
- Monitor and analyze project schedule progress and performance in order to identify developing problem areas.
- Review and analyze critical path and restrains to determine the effect of change to the schedule and cost impact.
- Providing a proactive decision support services to the project team, ensuring the alternative execution.
- Monitoring progress based on deliverables & installing quantities.
- Provide advice to top management of risks that may affect project profit, cost, schedule, and client relations in order to develop and deliver the company’s future plan.
- Coordinate and liaise with construction project control personnel in developing project controls information (construction schedules & cost) in order to integrate data into the overall project cost & schedule reports.
- Develop and maintain of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports (include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Report and earn value curves reports on either direct or indirect engineering/construction activities) in order to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress.
- Preparing project claimed to Client, preparing project close out report.
- Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
Minimum Education & Experience
Master degree/bachelor degree Civil, Mine Engineering, Geology engineering from reputable university domestic or internationally. Minimum. 7 years’ experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project control. It includes experience in project execution in medium to high scale project cost and complexity. Proficiency in Project Management Software (e.g. Primavera Project Planner); Possess robust knowledge of project networking schedule.Project management plans (PMP) and plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E)
Position: Mining Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Lead the mine operations management team and manage all mining personnel and resources
- Prepare and implement operational plans for the mine, and monitor and report progress
- Propose capital expenditure projects to expand capacity or improve operations
- Prepare production and operating budgets, and monitor and report performance and costs
- Recognize and anticipate operational, technical and safety challenges, take action to prevent or overcome them, and seek continuous improvement
- Contribute to business planning and company strategy to improve competitiveness, profitability and growth
- Act as the site expert on mine operations, equipment maintenance, and technical services processes and practices.
- Manage and allocate resources to define work plans that ensure activities and requirements are achieved as planned.
- Develop and set clear expectations and work objectives which achieve business plans, department budgets and production targets.
- Ensure that the production of daily, weekly and monthly Mine area reports that monitor progress vs. business objectives and budget are completed on a timely basis.

Position: Metallurgist Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Responsible to assist, mentoring and supervision of the Metallurgy and Laboratory area
- Develop Operating procedures for the Metallurgy and Laboratory area
- Provide commissioning expertise for the Metallurgy section and associated areas
- Provide operational oversight and management for the Metallurgy and Laboratory area
- Monitor usage of consumables to ensure effective stock levels are maintained
- Managing the metallurgy laboratory for test work and projects for continuous improvement ADR optimisation
- Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation from Heap Leach and ADR to Gold produced
- Developing, maintaining, modifying and improving the metallurgical strategies for Heap Leach and ADR
- Resolving short to medium term metallurgical issues associated with the operating ADR, identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on short term metallurgical parameters and control strategies, including setting addition rates, and controlling and monitoring usage of ADR consumables.

Metallurgy engineers use complex equipment, using the latest scientific and technological findings in their work. Ability to utilize machining and welding equipment if required by the job; exposure to extreme temperatures and heat treatments may be possible. Dexterity to design mappings and drawings.
Position: Geo-technical Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Responsible to provide day to day technical assistance, advice and recommendation related to geotechnical aspects in open pit, waste dumps, heap leach, storage dams and other facilities outside mine area.
- Lead the group to provide day to day technical assistance.
- Responsible for the preparation and ongoing review of the Ground Control Management Plan.
- Ensure that all geotechnical works associated with the mine operation are established and maintained.
- Establish and manage Geotechnical department goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the development of open pit geotechnical and waste dumps design parameters.
- Plan and execute geotechnical investigation, monitoring programs.
- Management of surface runoff in the pits and waste dumps.
- Get involved in the development of appropriate geotechnical and hydrogeological studies (pit steepening).
- Provide ongoing review and design changes for pit slopes and waste dumps as required throughout mine operations.
- 1Schedule and organise geotechnical peer reviews and audits.
- 1Establish and review procedures for pit, waste dumps and leach pads monitoring and inspection programs sufficient to maintain an awareness of Geotechnical issues.

Geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists perform geotechnical investigations to obtain information on the physical properties of soil and rock underlying (and sometimes adjacent to). Design earthworks and foundations for proposed structures, and for repair of distress to earthworks and structures caused by subsurface conditions.
Position: Geological Manager
The key duties and responsibilities of this position
- Actively provide day to day technical assistance, advice and recommendation related to geology aspects.
- Lead the Drilling Contractors to provide day to day technical assistance.
- Establish and manage Geology department goals and objectives, manage plan & execute geological modelling and resources estimation.
- Manage all information related to the resource, ensuring assays, composites, densities, and related information are accurate and validated.
- Review data integrity and quality during each drilling phase and ensure effective communication is maintained with all relevant team members.
- Produce and validate block models and other parameters as required, Update or create 3D litho-structural models and mineralized models if required and Conduct extensive QA/QC monitoring to ensure data and interpretations are accurate

Working experience with Minimum 10 years’ work experience in Exploration or Operations, including at least 3 years in resource modelling. Advanced knowledge of software, in particular the 3D modelling and resource calculation aspects. Strong 3D interpretation and geostatistical modelling skills. Strong skills in MS Office, Database (MS-SQL and Access), and map making software applications. Detail-oriented and able to follow and maintain accurate, detailed documentation and policies
