We are one of the fastest growing mining coal company, having its site in East Kalimantan. Currently we are mining and exporting our coal to various countries. Now we are in the process of expanding our business, looking for a good candidate for :

LEGAL OFFICER

Requirements :

• Female.
• Strong knowledge in mining law and ESDM regulation (licensing).
• Previous experience Minimum 5 years in a top law firm or mining company handling mining and coorporate issues.
• Highy self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong communication skills, seld driven, and pro-active.
• Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.
• Deadline oriented with management skills.
• Excellent watching and logical abilities.
• Excellent commnunication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and save the company from legal difficulties.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Based in Jakarta Office.
