PROCUREMENT MANAGER

(Assignment: Balikpapan)

Direct and control the procurement function activities in order toensure efficient and economical operation of the department, conformingwith the established goals and objectives to accomplish corporateprofit, growth and investment return as well as procedural complianceand commercial accountability

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in any diciplines
• Min. 10 years of related experiences preferably in Mining, Construction or Oil and Gas company
• Able to work under pressure and develop and maintain effective purchasing control mechanism
• Able to prepare, justify and administer a budget.
• Able to administer contract management
• Able to establish policies and procedures and evaluate program efectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procurement strategyfor the department to ensure best value is achieved for the short tolong terms for company, whilst it ensures surety of supply and developsstrong partner type relationships with key suppliers.
• Analyze &monitoring procurement activities starting with the forecasting &managing supplier database in order to achieve company operationseffectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate and negotiate framework forPreferred Vendor Agreements (PVA) & Capex to ensure the majority ofthe spend is conducted under this framework.
• Managing contractcreation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizingfinancial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
• Developand maintain supplier appraisal techniques and continually conductsupplier rationalization programmes to ensure supplier overallperformance.
• Develop process operational plans in generate contractand service order in order to support organization businessperformance.
• Establish Procurement policy, procedures and standardsthat are complied with the industry standards and regulations in orderto support company's operations effectively and efficiently.
•  Monitor and review local business initiative and alligning theimplementation with user (business line) to develop the businessmigration program.
• Develop and maintain a formal system forvendor/contractor rating and conduct regular vendor/contractorassessments to ensure data updated.
• Monitor and liase with internaland external audit to ensure that audit in the procurement function areconducted in a regular and timely manner and that any NCR's areefficiently closed out.
• Lead, coach and manage subordinateincluding recruitment and provide a proper development plan for them inorder to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.

 

QA/QC ENGINEER (CIVIL)

(Assignment - Central Kalimantan)

Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, anddeliverables management, by providing support and execution to projectand works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain,develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with companyquality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering,preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementationupon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
•  Min. 3 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which,with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice inconstruction and operation
• Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
• Thorough understanding for Document Management System
• Work extended hours to meet deadlines
• Require to travel to site
• Team workers and organizing people

Responsibilities:

• Execute, guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective.
• Execute, monitor, improve QA/QC aspects.
•  Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department,company, and community, with responsible attitude for every workassigned.
• Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related.
• Initiate feedback for improvement of QA/QC reports and status.
• Perform and observe in timely manner for QA/QC products.
• Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing QA/QC knowledge to conclude proper construction works.
• Maintain documentation properly manage in accordance with documents deliverable structure.
•  Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including EnvironmentalManagement System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform toofficial standard and requirements.

 

SCM OPERATION MANAGER

(Assignment: Balikpapan)

Develop and manage integrated operation of Supply Chain Management -Procurement, Warehouse, and Inventory - to facilitate cost effectivenessand maximize the efficiency, reliability, and timeliness and to meetwith good practice, establish and maintain relationship within companyand associates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university / overseas, preferable Master Degree.
• Min. 10 years professional experiences in related field, out of which 5 years in supervisory / managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of integrated business process in Supply Chain.
• Having experience in developing ERP system.
•  Strong in managerial skill, employee relation, leadership, Englishproficiency, networking and communication capability, and continuousimprovement minded.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Ensure the procurement andmaterial management processes are functioning effectively and adequatelyresource with people, system, and procedures.
• Develop annual andthree month rolling procurement plan, lead equipment planning factoringdemand and generate supply options including preferred vendors.
•  Setup, direct, and manage tender process and preferred vendor agreementsincluding alliance, consignment stocking, quantity discounts for vendorperformance and procurement process efficiency.
• Liaise with user and costing department for generating optimal life cycle cost options.
• Responsible for directing and managing the sale of excess inventory and scrap.
• Direct and ensure the expediting and logistic activities from vendordomain, transportation, customs and other regulatory clearance,coordinate with receiving department for timely and safe delivery at jobsites.
• Direct all supply and logistics policies, procedures, andactivities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and costeffectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
• Liaise withother senior executives across the organization (particularly incustomer service and production planning) to ensure supply and logisticsstrategies and activities are integrated with other parts of thebusiness and aligned with the overall objectives.
• Monitor theperformance of all supply chain management activities against thesegoals. Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluaterelationships and contracts with external suppliers so the organizationhas a reliable supply of goods and services that meet its standards ofquality, timeliness and cost.
• Support HSE by implementing theprogram and conform to HSE standard & regulations. Responsible fortargeting completion of process improvement projects within a specifiedtime frame.

 

EARTHWORK FOREMAN

(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)

Perform all earthwork activities for maintenance and new works all areasin a safe and and timely manner conform to quality of work is of astandard that optimises availability.

Requirements:

• Min. High School, preferably with Civil Earthwork background.
• Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in EARTHWORKS and ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS.
• Good communication skill to internal and external
• Able to communicate verbally in English
• Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
• Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
• Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets

Responsibilities:

• Attend Pre shift handover meeting and take a note to prioritizing work base on MSR list.
• Proactively to have a positive feedback & questions during handover shift meeting.
• Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping & Safety issues finding.
•  Enforce to riggers to consistently checking lifting tools and ensure itis has valid color code, ID, SWL, and proper certification.
• Rejecting any lifting equipments which do not comply with offshore standard requirements.
• Arrange manpower and determine proper equipment for the work purpose.
• Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed when required.
• Ensure all of controlstated in the JHA and/or Risk Assessment isimplemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.
•  Choose on the most efficient, safest and cost effective method ofmoving, loading, and unloading materials as per WI/Procedures.
• Providing the rigger/operator prior to starting the job with appropriate PPE.
• Ensure all rigger, operator and signalman have been traineed and certified on equipment being used.
• Ensure all person involved in the job has been received socialization of Appropriate JHA and SOP prior to work executed.
• Accurately record all equipment and labour hours.
• Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment.
• Assist supervisor to supervise & monitor all lifting and transport activities.
• Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets.
• Work with supervisor to arrange operator / rigger manpower.
• Lead on attendance and time keeping.
• Distribute office information to operator / rigger.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
• Ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability.
• Ensure equipment is not operated with a known defect that is or could be detrimental to safe operation.
• Ensure equipment defects are reported and were removed from work area.
• Leading by example to improve workforce's time keeping and discipline.
• Attend and participate in :

  • Daily Handover Meeting
  • Weekly HSE Toolbox Meeting
  • Site Safety Inspection
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
• Maintain full compliance to POSB Waste Segregation Policy.
• Reduces energy consumption in area of responsibility by eliminating the unnecessary use of resources; water and power.
• Identify any environmental issues in area of area responsibility (regular audit schedule).

 

EARTHWORK SUPERINTENDENT

(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah and Timika)

Monitor and control Earthworks resources (people and equipment) in fieldoperation in term of support construction manager to ensure productionis achieved in accordance with project parameters, project schedule,budget, in compliance with company's project safety and environmentalpolicy.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma degree with 10 years or S1 with 7 years experiences in engineering areas
• Min. 5 years experiences in leadership roles holding Electrical & Instrument Supervisor or Superintendent Positions.
• Good understanding & implementation of earthwoks methods
• Creative thinking and ability to manage the work systems
• Good leadership

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, control and supervise labor in aday to day basis, direct subcontract, and all non-labor resources inorder to ensure project completed on schedule, conform with the standardof quality specified.
• Provide leadership and direction to allEarthworks operations team including monitor their performance in orderto maintain and enhance team performance.
• Monitor and control theimplementation of Earthworks plan and manage that all necessaryresources are available at site in order to meet the constructionschedule through regular construction meetings.
• Understanding thebasics of the project budget, monitor and control the Earthworks budgetto ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
• Initiates, develops andimprove the implementation of construction methodology and equipmentutilization to improve efficiency.
• Review client specifications and drawings to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the work.
• Support and assist the Project Safety Superintendent in activelypromoting a safety culture and awareness in order to enhance safetyawareness among personnel and prevent LTI.
• Discuss pertinent topicsat daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox meetings in order toProvide a safe and healthy work environment
• Provide ConstructionManager and Project Manager with construction schedules, cost forecastsand progress statistics in order to updated current situation.

 

EARTHWORK SUPERVISOR

(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah and Timika)

Monitor and supervise site Earthworks activities to ensure suchactivities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to qualityof work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Requirements:

• Min. High School with 7 years or Bachelordegree with 4 years experiences in civil field, especiallyin ROADCONSTRUCTIONS or CIVIL CONSTRUCTIONS.
• Min. 3 years experiences in leadership or supervisory role.
• Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system.
• Good analytical and supervisory skill.
• Good communication in English.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe workenvironment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store businesswork processes and activities are all done in safe works practices.
• Develop and follow JSA's for all tasks
• Assist Project Engineer with the development of a work scheduleincluding parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the shortterm detailed execution plans
• Prepare and submit the regular report required by Project Controls to ensure report is submitted in timely manner.
• Supervise Foremen activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
• Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed.
• Monitor PM schedule implementation to ensure all PM scheduled work iscompleted in accordance with work instructions and schedules
• Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action.
• Diagnose failure symptoms and determine maintenance of Earthworks structures to effectively and efficiently rectify them
• Develop and determine work procedure,work load balance, and also coordinate work unit with other unit.
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including EnvironmentalManagement System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform toofficial standard and requirements
