Superintendent Procurment

Job requirements :

1. S1, Industrial engineering, Accounting, Statistic
2. 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement (preferably in mining company)
3. Experience with SAP, excel, e-procurement, project management
4. Strong Analytical, commercial and negotiation skills
5. Detail oriented, strong personality, able to work autonomously in a demanding environment, meanings a hands-on problem solving skills are needed.
6. High level of proactivity, self-starting and dynamic attitude, able to organize and prioritize workload
7. Relationship builder, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job responsibilities :

1. Handle daily business process of operational procurement
2. Supervise procurement, approve purchase orders, select reliable sources of supply, monitor price, quality, and services
3. Negotiate strategic long term contracts, forecasts, follow-up, schedule and expedite deliveries of vendors
4. Manage and streamline procurement business process
5. Prepare contracts, review and evaluate suppliers’ performance periodically.
