PT Agincourt Resources

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km² that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km².

The resource base on 31 December 2016 includes 7.5 Moz of gold and 67 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.

PT Agincourt Resources engages more than 2,600 employees and contractors, with approximately 98% Indonesians, of which more than 72% have been recruited from the area directly adjacent to the mine.

To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

SUPERINTENDENT MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE (PRO 1802011)

This position will be based at will be based in Martabe Site, working on schedule 4 Weeks on ; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Maintenance Manager.

The Role of the Superintendent Mechanical Maintenance is required to provide leadership, managerial support and technical guidance to the mechanical maintenance supervisory team to ensure the safe and effective management of maintenance of the Martabe Processing Plant and support infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring the optimal utilisation, planning and scheduling of all assets, resources, equipment, contractors and people through use of standardised maintenance processes, work management systems and computerised maintenance management system.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Graduation with either Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Trade Certification in a relevant mechanical field from an established Technical college.
  • 10 years or more in maintenance supervisory/management roles or higher in a mineral processing plant
  • Thorough knowledge of technical skills development, mechanical equipment standards and tools used in the mechanical trades.
  • Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety within the mineral processing industry.
  • A thorough understanding on the mechanical workings and maintenance of material handling, crushing, grinding circuits, pumping and pipeline systems.
  • Superior ability to fault find and identify reliability issues with fixed plant mineral processing operations, in particular Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, Large Grinding Mills, Pumps, Conveyors and Screens.
  • Ability to deliver effective written and oral report, instructions and presentations
  • High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook,
  • Superior work ethic, be able to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect within a diverse workforce.

 

TSF ENGINEER (TSF 1802012)

This position will be based at will be based in Martabe Site, working on schedule 4 Weeks on ; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Senior TSF Engineer.

The Role of the TSF Engineer is :

  • Responsible all field and lab tests of concrete and soil, this is also include to maintain test result record (documentation) in good manner (in good order and standard good practise)
  • Ensure field and lab concrete and soil test according to standard requirement
  • Ensure QA/QC for TSF construction meet specification
  • Active communication to QA/QC Engineer of consultant and contractor
  • Advice Supervisor in daily basis in related to tests result
  • Develop subordinate by conduct on job training
  • Running in house soil lab belong to PTAR and operate concrete compressive strength test.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Graduate BSc Civil Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer
  • Understanding soil mechanic. Preferable He/She has certificate of training for concrete and or Soil
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in concrete/soil lab or field experience as Civil Engineer
  • Understand Concrete mix design
  • Familiar with concrete and soil test for field and lab
  • Minimum IPK 3.00 from accredited University
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
