Basic Job Purpose of this position is to execute payroll and employee contributions deductions to ensure that payment for employee remuneration and employee obligations are done in according to company and regulatory standards.
Main Accountabilities of Payroll Officer :
- Ensure that payroll and overtime payment are done on time, accurately and according to company standards
- Ensure that employee contributions and deductions are calculated and charged correctly
- Ensure that employee income taxes are calculated and charged correctly
- Ensure employees are registered to Social Security benefits
- Ensure that all documents related to employee payments and obligations are complete and accurate
- Prepare an accurate reporting of payroll, employee contributions, and benefits payment and charging, and also report of gaps or inaccuracy of actual payment compared to system numbers
In order to be consider as succeed candidate, candidate must possses :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): tax computations, Ms Excel (Advance Level).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
