RECRUITMENT SECTION HEAD – HO (RECSH)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psycholoy
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience as Recruitment Spv in Mining company
• Have strong networking with source of work (source of Mining)
• Ability to analyze psychotest results
• Have good track record as HR Practioners, in Mining Company
• Placement in West Jakarta
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta

 

RECRUITMENT OFFICER – SITE (RECOFC)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psycholoy
• Maximum 28 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience as a recruiter (preferably in the background of Mining company)
• Good knowledge about psychological test
• Ability to analyze psychotest results
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta

 

HRGA DEPARTMENT HEAD – SITE (HRGADH)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law or Management
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience at HRGA in mining company and 2 years at Managerial Level
• Excellent controlling for the human resources system & standars operating procedure
• Understand the authority of human resources
• Understanding and mastering HRGA information system
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Good interpersonal skill, good analytical skil
• Good communication and hardwork, high accuracy, proactive
• Have a good attitude, strong leadership and working independent
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta

 

HR OFFICER – SITE (HROFC)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Minimum GPA 3.00
• Maximum 28 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience at the same level
• Have experience for Industrial Relation
• Have experience for handle labor union
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta

 

FA OFFICER - SITE (FAOFC)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economy, Finance and Accounting
• Maximum 28 years old
• Have related experience at least 1 year in preparing for financial report
• Have knowledge in SAP, Accounting software and financial analysis
• Computer literate, especially Excel/Spreadsheet form
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta

 

PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER – SITE (PRODGL)

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior high school or equivalent
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Capable on Fleet Management & having knowledge of operational Heavy equipment
• Have "POP" competency certificate
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta or Berau

 

OPERATOR (EXCAVATOR PC 2000, HD 785/CAT 777 , DOZER D155/D8/D9, GRADER 825) – SITE (OPRHE)

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior high school or equivalent
• Maximum 35 years old
•  Minimum 2 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Operator (EXCAVATOR PC 2000, HD 785/CAT 777 , DOZER D155/D8/D9, GRADER 825) at Mining Company
• Have Driver License Type BII is a must
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta or Berau

 

ENVIRO ENGINEER - SITE (ENVIRO)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor of Enviromental Engineering
• Maximum 27 years old
• Minimum 2 years at the same level
• Good knowledge of AMDAL, HSE procedure, HIRA, Waste Management
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta

 

MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT – SITE (MECH)

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior high school or equivalent
• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum 5 years experiences as Mechanic in troubleshooting unit Komatsu & Sandvik.
•  Have Basic Mechanic Course Certificate is a must
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta or Berau

 

MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER/FOREMAN - SITE (MAINTGL)

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior high school or equivalent
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
•  Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance for unit especially Komatsu , Scania, Merci & Sandvik
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Placement in East Kalimantan
• Willing to follow the recruitment process in Jakarta or Berau
