COORDINATOR TRAINING - 925683
(Senakin Based)
Some of your duties will include:
- To facilitate the training of all employees to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide appropriate recognition for skill and experience gained during the course of work.
- To maintain a suitable documented system, electronic and manual, for recalling past competencies achieved by employees to satisfy regulatory TCI Standards.
- Ensure all employees have adequate skills and knowledge regarding safe/environment systems of work, policies and procedures to enable them to carry out their work in a safe, and accident free environment, and activities minimize environmental detriment.
- Ensure all personnel onsite are currently inducted with an appropriate, cost effective, industry recognized system process & content.
- Identify training needs of the Mine & employees & ensure appropriate training & accreditation is undertaken.
- Provide assistance to Supervisory staff in the development and delivery of STORM topics
- Develop and cultivate a personal and professional relationship with site personnel in order to promote the use of English language.
- Provide English Language Training to site personnel in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Provide Indonesian Language & Cultural Training to expatriate site personnel in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Conduct assessments of National Indonesian staff in the four macro skill areas of Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening
- Actively promote safe working practices and ensure all facets of safety are adhered to by all TCI employees who are under his / her control and by students whilst undergoing instruction
- Provide English Language Training through email
- Produce Training Plan
- Maintain relevant learning materials
What skills and experience do you need?
- Degree Holder of teacher training and education
- Previous experience in a similar role.

OFFICER ACCOUNTING – 925684
(Senakin Based)
Some of your duties will include:
- Manage the collection and reporting of all costs, invoicing and collection of debts in accordance Thiess Values and TMS in a proactive and efficient manner
- Review all contracts and ensure all administration issues are programmed and actioned
- Consolidate information and adhere to month end timetable for site and Jakarta
- Accurate and timely collection, recording and reporting of all costs incurred by Site
- Manage the preparation of invoices and collection of debts to maximise cash flow
- Manage the collecting of data for all and recording of costs and accruals
- Processing of Accounts Payable Vouchers, Pro Forma Invoices, and Expatriate Cash Advances
- Manage the preparation of invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner with all necessary support documentations
What skills and experience do you need?
- Tertiary Degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years’ experience in the mining or construction industry in similar role;
- Has broad knowledge of Enterprise Systems – JDE or other similar system; knowledge of financial and accounting principles; has attended relevant courses in accounting and procurement issues; strong computer and analytical skills; information monitoring and data collection; good communication in English as well Bahasa
OFFICER PAYROLL - 925685

Some of your duties will include:
- Contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the business objectives of by providing support to the Payroll Administrator and site Administration Manager in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Lead the payroll team in a responsible and proactive manner to complete all the duties as listed here under.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Minimum Senior High School Degree with 2 year’ experience in the same role.
- Attention to detail, Initiative, Team work, Familiar with Typing and Computer literacy including advance skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Thiess Software.
