PT. Meares Soputan Mining is a Mining Industry with main office at Jakarta, representative at Manado, and Project Site located at Toka Tindung – North Sulawesi, to run our seamless operation, we need qualified candidate to support our operation as :

SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : SS-XII/17)

(Location : Toka Tindung Site)

Under direction from the Security Manager, performs work of considerable responsibility in managing and leading the Toka Tindung Gold Project security operations in accordance with the Project’s Security Management Plan.

Duties :

1. To ensure all resources available to support HSE program.
2. Hold coordination meetings with Leading Hands and regularly inspects subordinates by day and by night.
3. Compile intelligence and make recommendations to the Security Manager.
4. Investigate security-related incidents which occur within the Project area and make recommendations to the Security Manager
5. Plans the patrolling assignments for Security Supervisor and all Leading Hands.
6. Meets regularly with local police, military, community political and business leaders to ascertain differing levels of threat posed against Project.
7. Supervises Leading Hand’s response to alarms and dispatched calls; decides what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitations.
8. Lead by example in all areas of working safely in an active mining project.

Requirements :

• Completion of Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Completion of “Gada Utama” advanced training for security supervisors.
• 3 (three) years prior experience in a similar role within the mining or resource sector.
• Completion of Intelligence & Investigators course.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
• Proficient in use of Pronto supply chain management software.
• Has current Indonesian driving license (SIM A & C), able to operate a vehicle both on and off-road.
• Physically fit to endure sustained periods of exertion in extreme tropical environment.
• Able to communicate courteously with small or large groups.
• Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia, Very good level of written communications.
• Level 2 level in spoken and written English.
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

SUPPLY SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : SS_I/18)

(Location : Toka Tindung Site)

Responsible to manage the Supply Chain Management functions and ensuring that all personnel are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures such that work is done in efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

Duties :

• To control and overseeing Supply Chain Management Activity activities, carried out effectively and efficiently, in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of MSM/TTN, safety and the environment in order to achieve production targets. Ensuring the implementation of MSM/ TTN Supply (Procurement, Warehouse & Inventory) SOP’s being followed.
• Ensure that purchasing activities in an efficient and effective ways to Ensure that proper inventory levels are in place to support all operations; Including activities to monitor warehouse receiving materials and document controls are done in an effective and efficient way to Ensure accuracy of the data and its physical inventory conditions.
• Translate strategy into Department’s monthly work plan to Ensure contribution for the achievement of the Department’s goals.
•  Audit the entire warehouse to Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are met and organization and security are at an acceptable level.
• Maintain proper inventory levels by purchasing the right materials at the right time to meet the needs of the users.
• Ensure that purchasing activities conducted meet a certain level of integrity to Achieve cost efficiency.

Requirements :

1. Graduated from all majors, preferable graduated in Industrial Engineering or Economic.
2. Minimum 10 years experiences in Mining Industry.
3. Has PPJK Licenses is an advantage.
4. Has Driving License (SIM A).
5. Able to work in partnership with others to accomplish goals.
6. Able to create plans and break tasks down into manageable and measureable components in order to achieve organisational, project, and personal goals.
7. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
