Operation / Production Team Leader

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
3. Have a good understanding in mining practice regulation and HSE procedures
4. Have experience in fleet management
5. Certified POP is preferred
6. Willing to be placed in Sumatera area

Pit Geology Specialist

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
3. Have a good understanding in mining practice regulation and HSE procedures
4. Have experience in 3D mining software modelling
5. Certified POP is preferred
6. Willing to be placed in Sumatera area.

Coal Processing Plant Section Head

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Mining, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Min. 8 years of experience in related field
• Have a good understanding in mining practice regulation and HSE procedures
• Certified on POP, POM, and K3 would be beneficial
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera area.

Land Compensation Section Head

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Social and Political Science/Communication/Languages/Anthropology
• Minimum 8 years of experience in related field
• Have good communication skill to maintain relation with stakeholder
• Have good negotiation skill
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera area
