HSE Trainer (Subject : HSET_Name)

Overview
Developing safety training activities include training classes, training hours, and overall performance training in order to prepare workers to know, understand, obey the rules. Training on HSE procedures so risk of accidents and damage can be reduced.

Qualification

• Male or female, maximum age 40 years
• Education min. D3 Environmental Engineering / Health Society / Forestry / Industrial Engineering
• Have experience in the same field min. 3 years
• Have POP and TOT certification
• Understand the mining process and HSE procedures
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at PT Darma Henwa, Tbk site area

Mine Operation Trainer (Subject:MOT_Name)

Prepare materials, create lesson plans, provide training, coaching and assessment to operators in mine operations on all aspects of heavy equipment operation in accordance with curriculum, competency standard, HSE standard and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to produce personnel qualified operators according to competency standards that have been specified to support the achievement of project production targets.

Qualification

• Male, maximum age 40 years
• Education min. SMA
• Have experience in the same field min. 3 years
• Have POP and TOT certification
• Have experience as an operator supervisor is preferred
• Understand the mining process and HSE procedures
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at PT Darma Henwa, Tbk site area

Electrician Team Leader (Subject: ETL_Name)

Overview
Organize, supervise and report orally and in writing all repair activities and maintenance of electric system units in the project within the scope of its supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the working environment in accordance with applicable HSE standards and procedures within the prescribed budget constraints to ensure the availability of secure electric support.

Qualification

• Male, maximum age 40 years
• Education Min. STM Machine Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Have experience in the same field min. 3 years.
• Have POP certification
• Understand the mining process, HSE procedures, and Heavy Equipment unit specification.
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at PT Darma Henwa, Tbk site area
