We are a multinational company which is developing iron ore resource in Taliabu Island, North Maluku. The Project is under-commissioning. We need talent and professional candidate, experienced, strong leadership to joint and built together our team as:

 

Accounting Staff (Kode : ACC)

Responsibility:

• Making record and documentation within the scope of company financial activities
• Compile and make company financial report
• Draft and analyze company production data
• Compile and make expenditure budget periodically (monthly and annually)
• Compile and make company’s revenue budget periodically (monthly and annually)
•  Responsible for the entire journal transaction, processing the entry of transaction data, prepare financial statement and other report.

Requirement:

• Minimum D3/S1 graduate in accounting
• Works experience 2 years in the same field
• Have a good communication skills, meticulous and diligent in working
• Willing to be stationed at Site Taliabu – Nort Maluku.

 

Design Process Supervisor (DSN)

Responsibility:

• Evaluation system of production and research
• Make design production process to optimize the production

Requirement:

• Min S1 degree in Engineering/chemical engineering Matulurgi
• Age 30-45 years old, Works experience 7 years in the same field
• have the capability of analyze and process design
• Have the capability of production research
• Willing to be stationed at Site Taliabu – Nort Maluku.

 

Training & Development Supervisor (Kode : TD)

Responsibility:

• Evaluation the gap analysis of training needs in each Department
• Developing Training Need Analysis competency according as per the needs of employees
• Prepare the syllabus according to the findings in the evaluation need analysis
• Setting up systematic training for each department
• Monitoring systematic training based on existing planning
• Testing against employed based on systematic training schedule
• Create a internal and external training plan
• Prepare training purposes
• Prepare training evaluation to determine the success of the training has been done
• Coordinate with other department
• Other job by assignment

Requirement:

• Min S1/D3 Psychology or Human Resource Management or relevant
• Min 6-7 years experience as training and development
• Have a good personality and strong leadership for motivated the employee
• Have a good communication, empathy and approach skill
• Have a technical skill and training certification
• Able to operate computer
• Willing to be stationed at Site Taliabu – Nort Maluku.

 

Translator Mandarin (TRS)

Responsibility:

• Responsible in translating documents from Mandarin to Indonesia and from Indonesia to mandarin
• Becoming translator among local and foreign workers

Requirement:

• Age 27-45 years
• D3/S1 in all subject with experience of minimum one year working in mining site
• Able to translate from Mandarin to Indonesia oral and written
• Having good communication capability
• Willing to be stationed at Site Taliabu – Nort Maluku.

 

Doctor (Kode : DR)

Responsibility:

• Implementing a corporate Clinic patient service in accordance with the procedures and regulations. Perform tasks as well as referrals to the medical officer at the site for the purpose of treatment, treatment against the patient and the patient public enterprises correctly and accurately.
• Medical action/intervention to patients in accordance with competencies.
•  Keep the facilities, cleanliness, preparedness, and fitness clinics and tools used for the purpose of treatment and patient care.
• Provide health education in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the patient.
• Do some checking drug stockpiles and depleted in every clinic tool wear and make daily reports on drug stocks.
• Make daily reports of patients, who each month will be repeated monthly report of recapitulation patients.
• Implementation of waste management medic properly.

Requirement

• Min S1 medicine, age 27-45 years old.
• Work in the field of medicine experienced min 2 years.
• Have the capability of two-way communication.
• Have a good conceptual.
• Have the ability to Systematic thinking, analysis of the problem.
• Has an interest in working in remote areas.
• Capable of taking good decisions based on the results of the analysis of the problem
• Will be placed at Taliabu Island
