REPORTING & COMPLIANCE (RC)

(Jakarta Based)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from university graduate any field of study, preferred: mining engineer
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong motivation, honest & loyalty, dependable, integrity and initiative
• Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Good communication and writing report skills
• Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining
• Will be placed in Jakarta 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Handling permit/license processing related to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and any other Ministry
2. Manage all reports to external (ESDM) and its filing administration 
   The reports have to be complied to the Company Obligation based on Indonesia’s Regulation. Those reports are:
   
   1. Monthly and Quarterly Report (production, exploration, community development, etc
   2. Annual report of Workplan and Budgeting
   3. Reports as per request from Government
3. Maintain external stakeholder relations, and keep government regulation compliance
