HR Payroll Officer (Samarinda)

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Management, Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent
  2. Required skill(s): Compensation and Benefit, Human Capital Administration, Leaves, Absences, BPJS, Overtime, ready to be hands on.
  3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Officer / Assistant specializing in Human Resources / Human Capital Administration and Management or equivalent.
  5. Full-Time position(s) available.
  6. Willing to be located at Samarinda – Kalimantan Timur.

Job Description:

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
  • Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all non-staff personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations;
  • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment (UU no. 13 tahun 2003).
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

 

IT Officer (Samarinda)          

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational High School, in Engineering (Information and Technology), Networking, Web Programming
  2.  Required skill(s): Software and hardware, knowledge in Client Server, Network, Basic Programming, Operating System, Troubleshooting, meticulous.
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Assistant / Officer specializing in Information and Technology Management.
  5. Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description

  • Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
  • Provide support for the dispatch of system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process from start to finish. Track all hardware shipments from vendors to destination.
  • Take complete ownership of all support duties.
  • Work daily with remote support tools troubleshooting a wide variety of issues with end users.
  • Ensure that Asset Management is maintained updating constantly to ensure accuracy.
  • Configure, deploy and manage Windows, PABX and MikroTik operating systems.
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Provides after-hours, weekend monitoring and support of production environment.
  • Willing to be relocated to our sites: Wahau, Sambutan, Embalut, Muara Gusiq, Batuah.

Job Description

  • To carry out planned maintenance, replacement, and repair works, on equipment tyres for operational requirements.
  • To select the correct tread pattern, type of tyre, and inflation pressure for the effective maintenance of equipment
  • To ensure working procedures are carried out in compliance with DP World Safety and working procedures.
  • To conduct fault diagnosis on worn tyres caused by equipment defects, over or under inflation, incorrect tyre type, or overloading to take preventive action.
  • To effectively communicate with fellow tyreman, to receive and pass on job specifications, instructions, and all other relevant information for smooth flow of port operations.
  • Carrying out Tyre maintenance, fault finding and monitoring the tyres of Port Equipments and carries out the tasks assigned by Asst. Supervisor -Tyre and Supervisor Mechanical.
  • To daily inspect inflation of Port equipment tyres at fuel station, Container Terminal and General Cargo yards and submit routine inspection and monitoring reports for reference and discussion.
  • To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment thus creating a safe and healthy work environment.
