Project Summary:
The company is focused on exploration for Cu/Au high sulphidation style and porphyry deposits and epithermal Au deposits in Southeast Asia. Currently undertaking a Bankable Feasibility Study on the BKM Heap Leach Copper Project in Central Kalimantan and development of the Beutong Copper-Gold Project in Aceh.

Country Manager

Key responsibilities

• Managing a team of more than 100 staff and contractors
• Managing and Supporting the BKM BFS Study.
• Working with consultants in a variety of different fields
• Monitor and Support AMDAL Study
• Ensure compliance with permitting and reporting
• Work with KTT’s to ensure compliance at both projects
• Monitor advanced stage exploration mapping & drilling programs
• Preparing technical presentations for senior management and government.
• Conducting activities with an emphasis on maintaining excellent relationships with local communities, safety and minimal environmental impact.

Experience Required

• Geology or Engineering Degree
• KTT license is preferred, but not required
• Minimum 20 Years’ experience in Mining
• Must have previous experience with carrying out and seeing through to completion a BFS and associated Environmental Permitting
• Excellent presenting and writing skills, in both Bahasa and English
• Experience with either Copper or Gold Heap Leach mining operations (facilities/equipment/man power)
• Excellent understanding of Government of Indonesia permitting and reporting requirements

Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel – Jakarta based

Key responsibilities

• Ensure company compliance to current laws and regulations including corporate law and mining law
• Advise company on changes, and updates in mining laws which impact company business
• Prepare, draft and negotiating contract with third party in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Work with legal counsel of JV partners
• Prepare, monitor and track legal documents.

Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimum five (5) years-experience in a similar role in the Mining Industry
• Strong knowledge in mining and corporate law
• Familiar with conflict resolution in mining industry in legal actions
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
• Able working without supervision and self starter
• Able to travel to exploration sites as necessary (<10% travel require)
