PT Indexim Coalindo is a Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta. Currently we are looking for candidates to join us for several positions with the following requirements:

PROJECT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

• Represent the company for monitoring & controlling all aspects of project construction at IC Site by appointed contractor.
•  Coordinate with related departments in order for the project constructions progress smoothly Ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, meet project’s objectives and every parties doing the job properly & safely
• Reporting to Project General Manager

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years as Project Manager
•  Experience in Infrastructure (plants) construction for mining industry or oil and gas. Not building construction but it could be as an additional advantage.
• Educational major: Civil/Structure Engineer
• Permanent position
• Work schedule as per company policy for site based employee
• Work location: IC site and could be transferred to other sites within the Group mining clusters.

RECEPTIONIST

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
•  Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Update appointment calendar and schedule meeting/appointments
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Graduation
• Experience as receptionist
• Speak English fluently, attractive & communicative.
• Professional appearance.
• Age maximum 28 years old.
• Work Location at Jakarta
