We are one of the fastest growing mining coal company, having its site in East Kalimantan. Currently we are mining and exporting our coal to various countries. Now we are in the process of expanding our business, looking for good candidate for:

1. ADMINISTRATION AND DOCUMENTATION STAFF

• Male & Female, age 22 – 30 years old & fluent in english both oral & written.
• Good in windows program.
• Having “can do” attitude and good intergrity.
• Willing to learn.
• Preferably for students in final semester, thesis and fresh graduate.
• Opportunity for growth.
• Will be base at Headquater / Jakarta Office.

2. SENIOR LEGAL STAFF

• Male or Female.
• Strong knowledge in mining law and ESDM regulation (licensing).
• Previous experience Minimum 5 (five) Years in a top law firm or mining company handling mining and coorporate issues.
• Highy self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong communication skills, seld driven, and pro-active.
• Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.
• Deadline oriented with management skills.
• Excellent watching and logical abilities.
• Excellent commnunication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and save the company from legal difficulties.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent and having legal practice license.
• Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to do travelling if required.
