INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERINTENDENT
(Code : IRS)

Job Description:
Conduct and coordinate all activities of the management of industrial relations and update data related to coordination between industrial with effectively with relevant parties to support the completeness and accuracy of data personality in order to ensure, maintenance job stability and harmonious labor relations in the project based on the rules limiting budget, procedures and HSE standards applicable

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Law
• Minimum 3 years in Industrial Relation
• Understand mining process
• Understand Regulation HR & PKB
• Understand Labour of law
• Placement in Jakarta
