Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (Cow) covering a total area of 1,639 km2.

The resource base on 31 December 2015 includes 7.4 Mos. of gold and 69 Mos. of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is 4.5 tap ore to produce in excess of 250,000 oz. of gold and 2-3 Mos. of silver per annum.

PT Agincourt Resources engages approximately 2,300 employees and contractors, more than 98% Indonesians, of which 71% were recruited from South Tapanuli and other regions in North Sumatra.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST (EXP 1702014)

This position will be based at Martabe Site and reports directly to the Superintendent Exploration.

This position will be responsible for leadership and management to ensure that the Company’s exploration programs are developed and implemented with a high level of quality technical input.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Minimum Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geological Engineering; a Master Degree is preferred.
2. Demonstrate the ability to complete large and technically complex projects.
3. 8-12 years of practical green and/or brown field exploration or resources development experience.
4. Able to work with one or more GIS and geology software such as MapInfo, IOGas, Leapfrog and Micromine.
5. Good understanding of QA/QC is required to ensure quality data is collected.
6. Quality technical report writing and presentation skills.
7. Experience in planning and implementation of exploration programs in remote areas is essential.
8. Able to work in the remote locations and difficult terrain with minimum supervision.
9. This is a FIFO position on a 4 weeks on /2 weeks off roster.
10. Initial nine (9) month contract offered.
11. Candidate must be able to commence immediately.

PROJECT GEOLOGIST (EXP 1702015) X 2 Position

This position will be based at Martabe Site and reports directly to the Senior Exploration Geologist.

The position requires a suitably fit and healthy individual with the technical skills and ability to perform quality geological field work and an eye for detail.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Managing exploration programs and related personnel.
• Overseeing drilling programs, geophysical and geodetic surveys.
• Interpreting data for target generation include ASD scanning/3D modelling.
• Assisting other staff where or as required.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in geology.
2. 5-8 years experience preferably in a regional exploration environment.
3. Understand different geological models and systems.
4. Knowledgeable in GIS software packages – Mapinfo/Discoverer, Leapfrog or similar.
5. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organisation.
6. Possess good English, both written and verbal.
7. Able to work with limited supervision in remote areas for extended periods.
8. Willing to work in a GREAT team of multinational staff.
9. This is a FIFO position on a 4 weeks on /2 weeks off roster.
10. Initial nine (9) month contract offered.
11. Candiadte must be able to commence immediately.
