HR Manager

PT. BIS Industries is a hauling company, currently operating in East Kalimantan.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified talented, dynamic and productive personnel to fill in the challenging positions for new projects:

1. Double Trailer Operator/Water Cart Operator ( 12 DPRT + 11 Water Cart )
   

Requirement:

• Minimum Experience 5 years as operator hauling truck Scania or Europe truck or other European Trucks, preferably double trailer
• Possess B2 driving license
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Good interpersonal skill and team work

2. Sr Mechanic/Mechanic ( 7 Snr. Mechanic + 33 Mechanic )
   

Requirement:

• Experience in Scania, Cummins with minimum 3 years in the similar position
• Understand Hydraulic, Electrical, pneumatic and brake system
• Australian TAFE certification is preferable
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Good interpersonal skill and team work

3. Sr Auto Electrician/Auto Electrician ( 7 Snr. Auto Electrician + 0 Auto Electrician )
   

4. Sr. Serviceman/Serviceman ( 10 Snr. Serviceman + 8 Serviceman )

5. Sr. Tyre Fitter/Tyre fitter ( 8 Snr. Tyre Fitter + 8 Tyre Fitter )

Requirement for position no 3-5:

1. Educational Background: SLTA, STM, D3 Mekanik/Elektrik
2. Minimal 3 years’ experience in similar position at Mining operation, preferably in Hauling
3. Possess B2 driving license for Sr. Serviceman.
4. Demonstrated commitment to safety
5. Good interpersonal skill and team work
