HR IS Supervisor (HO – Jakarta)

Working Experience: Min 3 Years in Area of Mining Industries

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Determine the number of employees and type of skills required to meet the organisation’s objectives;
  2. Analyse the requirements of jobs and develop job descriptions and duty statements;
  3. Develop profiles of the skills required;
  4. Advertise vacancies and assess/interview applicants;
  5. Maintain personal records of all employees;
  6. Having knowledge for Handle training and develoment;
  7. Maintain records for wages, superannuation, leave, training etc;
  8. Provide advice to management on HR;
  9. Assist in organisational changes in culture; and
  10. Admin HR Information System
  11. Update data (change Personal data of employee)
  12. Admin for Employment Letter (SK) – approval and distribution.
  13. Filing data Personal File Employee
  14. Maintain Calculation of Overtime
  15. Recruitments (Research)
  16. Maintain Leave
  17. Maintain Payment Business Trip expense, Entertainment, Personal Claim, etc.
  18. Verification Payment Process to Third Party
  19. Verification Payment Medical Claim
  20. Processing Payroll
  21. Improvement system Logbook and Catalog with Ms. Access
  22. Support to HR Manager
  23. Maintain database employee

 

Procurement Engineer (Buyer) (HO Jakarta)

Requirement:

  1. Working Experience : 5 experience in EPC Companies , preferred in mining contractors
  2. Skills: Computer literacy, familiar with ERP, Active English , Keen Communicator , Strong Leadership
  3. Education: Minimum S 1, Preferred mechanical / Civil Engineering Back Ground
  4. Other Qualification: Familiar with tender process & good knowledge of FIDIC contract standards.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

  1. Execute tender process and prepare technical and commercial evaluation of any projects for BOD Decision.
  2. Capex purchase.
  3. Purchase for strategic commodities : Fuel, Reagents, Grinding Ball, Drilling Spares & Consumables.
  4. Others assignment.

 

Project Site Coordinator (Manager Level) – Site

  1. Working Experience: Min 5 – 8 years in the area of Construction / Engineering Mining Industries
  2. Skill: Project Management Skills
  3. Education: S 1 Engineering
  4. Other Experience: Good Leadership a motivated others

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managed site resource to support project on going / up coming effectively
  2. have knowledge and experience in preparing weekly reports, monthly and yearly
  3. Maintenance System
  4. Maintenance Operation
  5. Internal Monitoring
  6. Scheduling

 

Electrical Engineer – HO Jakarta

  1. Working Experience: Minimum 5 years in the area of EPC Contractor or Consultant Engineering -Mining Industries
  2. Skill: Demonstrated good electrical design analysis skill
  3. Able to check design result from contractor
  4. Able to prepare report with detailed recommendations
  5. Education: S 1 Electrical Engineering
  6. Other Qualification: Combined experiences both site – office work.

  1. Review design from contractor
  2. Prepare recommendation for contractor design
  3. Prepare report (engineering)

 

STAFF ADMIN HRD – HO Jakarta

  • Male with Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Information Technology
  • Age around max 25 years with Min. 2 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company
  • Must Advance to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
  • Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment

 

RECEPSIONIST – HO Jakarta

  1. Age: Maximum 25 years old
  2. Gender: Female
  3. Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree

  5. Experience: Minimum 1 year

  9. Good communication skill
  10. BackGorund : Fresh Graduated ( S1 / D3 ) Hospitality
  11. Fluent in english.

  14. Handle incoming/outgoing calls, message, and transferring calls.
  15. Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately.

Tax Supervisor – HO Jakarta

  1. Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting and preferably graduated from reputable accounting college domestic or overseas
  2. Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
  3. Min. 6 years experiences as Finance, Accountant & Tax Manager, preferable in Mining industry, Ex auditor in big 10 is an advantage
  4. Good command in English both oral & Written.
  5. Hard worker and discipline
  6. Strong Computer Skills in daily work and other projects
  7. Familiar with accounting system and module, experience with Cheops is an advantage.
  8. Over time might be required to meet reporting deadlines.
  9. Business travel and working for periods of time on Site Project might be required.

 

Accounting Supervisor – HO Jakarta

  1. Bachelors Degree Graduated from a reputable University Major in Accounting
  2. Male/Female
  3. Minimum 6 years’ experience as Accounting Supervisor preferably In Mining or Oil and Gas Company, flaying experience in Public Accounting Firm
  4. Has excellent knowledge in accounting standard and tax regulations in Indonesia, and financial consolidation reports
  5. Strong Computer Skills in daily work and other projects
  6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, high achievement, and leadership
  7. High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
