We are a multinational company which is developing iron ore resource in Taliabu Island, North Maluku. The Project is under-construction and will be running. We need talent and professional candidate, experienced, strong leadership to joint and built together our team as:
1. Port Department Head / Manager (Code : PDH)
Job Desc:
- Coordinating & Organizing of the handling raw material into the storage
- Managing storage raw material on quality standard.
- Make the Budget and Planning port.
- Import and export documentation.
- Ensure Shipment/Transshipment running efficiently.
- Ensure that personnel and Port Operators work efficiently.
- Ensure that the ISPS Code port in place.
- Spare part management for equipment ship-un loader and storage
- Make sure that the port area in accordance with the company’s policies regarding environmental impact.
- Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system/safety and security of Harbor / Port.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree, a Minimum of 8 years of shipping.
- Have the management capabilities shipping/port.
- Being able to draw up planning and organizing work.
- Good communication techniques.
- Age below 50 years old
2. Shipping Deputy Department Head (Code : SDH)
Job Desc:
Assist the head of department in doing the following work:
- Coordinating & Organizing of the handling raw material into the storage
- Managing storage raw material on quality standard.
- Make the Budget and Planning port.

3. Beneficiation Workshop Head (Code : BNF – H)
Job Description:
- In charge of production organization and complete production plan of the beneficiation plant;
- In charge of work attendance check and daily management on personnel in the plant;
- In charge of the personnel safety, equipment safety and normative operation, etc. in the area;
- In charge of equipment preventive check and lubrication, sanitization and personnel training in the area;
- In charge of procedural document management and implementation of dispatch instruction.
Job Requirement:
- Junior college and above;
- 5+ years experience in mine production or equipment management;
- Aged below 50 years old.
4. Beneficiation Deputy Workshop (Code : BNF – DPT)
Job Description:
Assist the head of plant in doing the following work:
- In charge of production organization and complete production plan of the beneficiation plant;
- In charge of work attendance check and daily management on personnel in the plant;
- In charge of the personnel safety, equipment safety and normative operation, etc. in the area;
- In charge of equipment preventive check and lubrication, sanitization and personnel training in the area;

Job Requirement:
- Junior college and above;
- 3+ years experience in mine production or equipment management;
- Aged below 50 years old.
5. Deputy Head Operation on Production / Manager (Code : DHO – PROD)
Job Description:
- Ensuring monthly operational plans and objectives are prepared in accordance with long term production plan requirements;
- Analyzing production data and reports and investigating causes of delays and deviations and ensure mitigating plans are prepared and implemented;
- Ensuring actions are implemented to optimize mining process performance and attain efficiency targets;
- actively coordinating with the Technical Services team in the development or optimization of the mining strategy for short, medium and long term plans;
- Coordinating and prepare the submission of working cost and capital budgets based on production requirements and control expenditures;
- Developing and implementing technical standards, specifications and quality assurance systems to optimize integrity of processes in accordance with objectives;
- Demonstrating commitment to the safety culture through visible felt leadership and exhibited morale courage.
Job Requirement:
- The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent in mining/geological engineering; a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience of underground mining at least 5 of which must be at an operations management level.
- In addition the successful candidate will have operations experience in a fully mechanized underground mining operation including development, production, construction and shaft activities as well as experience in mine development and blast hole mining.
- Other requirements include a demonstrated safety and business acumen;
- leadership and visionary skills; decision making and problem solving skills;
- and commitment to operational excellence.
- Aged below 50 years old.
6. Power Plant Manager (Code : PPM)
Job Description:
- Manages and oversees the daily operations of a power plant.
- Monitors operations for efficiency and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed.
- Oversees technical staff, such as maintenance or engineering, and hires and trains personnel. May be required to meet certain certifications in field.
Job Requirement:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Have a knowledge in predictive and preventive maintenance management system, mechanical equipment for diesel gas engine power generation, turbo charger system, Quality and Environment Management System, Able to analyze problem in diesel gas engine and gas turbine generator sets.
- Have knowledge and familiar with “WARTSILA” engine 18V32LN, 18V32DF and 6R32.
- Have a good leadership skill, Able to design maintenance program for power generation equipment, Able to develop a good team work, Have good attitude : Self-motivated, matured and concern, mature and analytical thinking.
7. Tailing Workshop Head (Code : TLG – H)
Job Description:
- In charge of production organization and complete production plan of the tailing plant;
- In charge of work attendance check and daily management on personnel in the plant;
- In charge of the personnel safety, equipment safety and normative operation, etc. in the area;
- In charge of equipment preventive check and lubrication, sanitization and personnel training in the area;
- In charge of procedural document management and implementation of dispatch instruction.
Job Requirement:
- Junior college and above;
- 5+ years experience in mine or cement plant production or equipment management;
- Aged below 50 years old.
8. Control Room (Code: CRO)
Job Desc:
- The Control Room Operator (CRO) acts as the Barge Engineer’s assistant, reporting to both the Barge Engineer and the Lead Production Operator. The CRO’s primary responsibility is to monitor rig equipment functionality, towards of purpose of detecting active and potential malfunctions and equipment failures.
- This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to process large amounts of data at a time. In addition to a high school degree, HNC/HND certification, and extensive experience with FPSO production systems is often required. Responsibilities also include the ability to constantly monitor all activities and communications even in the event of an emergency. The ability to remain calm and continue to perform during a shut down and to take the necessary steps to secure safety for all company assets, staff members, and the public.
- As with the majority of offshore positions, CRO’s typically work 50 to 60 hours per week, on a rotating schedule of seven days on and seven days off, fourteen days on and off, or fourteen days on and seven days off. In the instance of operational time constraints, however, they may be required to work up to 28 days without a break.
Requirement:
- Male/Female, Age 25-35 years old
- Vocational High School/SMK
- Two years technical training
9. Laboratory Technician (Code: LAB-TECH)
Job Description:
- Develop the technical function and technical competence of the SSP laboratory
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations
- Tracks and manages the movement of samples from delivery, through analysis, and reporting of results
- Undertake and interpret environmental testing
- Maintain Laboratory NATA accreditation
- Thorough understanding of ISO 17025.
- Initiate business improvement opportunities
- Drive out waste and seek opportunities to provide improved customer services
Requirement:
- Male/Female, Age 25-35 years old
- Vocational High School/SMK major Chemical or analyst / Geology
- Proven analytical skills and knowledge.
- Understanding of Laboratory Safety Requirements
- Experience with software programs such as MS Word, Excel
10. Legal Supervisor (Code: LGL-SPV)
Job Desc:
- As a legal supervisor at Jakarta HO, taking care of all the work given by his superiors concerning Legal Affairs, legal licensing company certificates.
- In charge of company matter, legal drafting, dispute settlement, contract review, legal due diligence and investment.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Majoring In Law. Age 28-45 years old, and a minimum of 5 years experience in mining area.
- Know and understand the company matter, legal drafting, dispute settlement, contract review, legal due diligence and investment.
- Have the ability of problem solving and leadership, individual & team, work an under pressure.
- Understanding dual language contract
- Have a good relationship with government
- Negotiation skill, fluent in English
