Civil & Road Maintenance Staff - Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Make a daily work plan and coordinate with the Coordinator and Supervisor
• Implement P2H / safety talk
• Directing the equipment in accordance with the work plan that has been determined
• Able to control, design, estimation and repair
• Conducting minor repairs on all the hauling road supporting facilities, such as water facilities fill, embankment, drainage, culverts, bridges etc.
• Create reports and documentation on a daily basis before completion shift
• Backup job in another section that section of building & facility maintenance if needed

Requirements:

• Male, Max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Civil / Mining Engineering with at least 2 years in the same field and the same industry.
• Mastering road, bridge, building and infrastructure
• Understand the management of heavy equipment (heavy equipment)
• Preferably have skill certificate (SKA) or POP, driver’s license (SIM A)
• Have knowledge of occupational safety standards / general
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh

Procurement Staff - Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Implement the procurement and administrative process that includes admission PR, seeking price quotes, and publishes price comparisons Creating Purchase Order in accordance with the procedures
• Conducting the negotiation process to all vendors who have provided price quotes and analysis aspects komercial (Owner Estimate), the specification of goods, and delivery time before determining the selected vendor in accordance with the procedures
• Verification legality of the documents vendor’s in accordance with the standard
• Make purchasing reports and filling purchase documents In accordance with procedures

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering and with 2 years experience in the same field
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP MM Module
• Proactive and to be responsible
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
