PLANT & LOGISTIC DEPT HEAD

Requirement

• Male
• Age maximum 45 years old
• At least 2-4 experience at the similar position
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry
• Having experience in plant & tyre management system
• Having leadership competency
• Have certificate POP would be an advantage
• Excellent experience in maintenance management (Unit Renault, Nissan,Volvo, Hino)

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Requirement

• Male
• Age maximum 45 years old
• At least 2-4 experience at the similar position
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry
• Having experience in production operation hauling strategy system (planning-supervising-controling-evaluating)
• Having leadership and managerial competency
• Have certificate POP would be an advantage
• Placement in ADARO Tanjung

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Age maximum 47 years old
• At least 2-4 experience at the similar position
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry
• Excellent in leadership & management skill
• Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Having experience in mine design and mining operations strategy
• Having experience in project management, cost analysis and control budget
• Have POM Certificate would be an advantage

TYRE GROUP LEADER

Requirement

• Male
• Age maximum 35 years old
• At least 2-4 experience at the similar position
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry
• Having good leadership, strong analytical thinking, problem solving & communication skills
• Having good knowledge in tyre management system

PLANNER

Requirement

• Male
• Age maximum 35 years old
• At least 2 experience at the similar position
• Minimum 6 years experience in mining industry
• Having experience in plant & maintenance management system
• Having leadership competency
• Good knowledge in MTTR, MTBF, PA & UoA
• Excellent in maintenance report

MINING FOREMAN

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Age maximum 40 years old
• At least 2 experience at the similar position
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining industry
• Excellent in leadershipskill
• Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Having experience in mining operations strategy
• Have POP Certificate would be an advantage

MECHANIC

Requirement

• Age maximum 30 years old
• At least 2 experience at the similar position
• Having experience in maintenance repairing service (Renault, Nissan,Volvo, Hino)
• Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have Basic Mechanic Course Certificate would be an advantage
