Sinarmas Energy and Mining Group is one of the fastest growing Coal Mining and Energy Company in Indonesia. Currently we are developing our business in renewable energy section, and we operate in three areas: South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and Jambi. We are currently expanding and looking for highly qualified Fresh Graduate candidates to join the Group through the following Officer Development Program.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2017

Through this development program at mining sites in our organization, the employee will be able to understand thoroughly the coal mining industry, how it operates, and thus, will be able to develop skills, knowledge and working attitude needed in the industry.

If you are:

1. Master Degree from any background with minimum GPA 3,30 or equivalent using Indonesian grade
2. Graduated not more than 2 years from your University
3. Proficient in English
4. Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
5. Has outstanding Non Academic Achievements during Campus Life
6. Dynamic, persistent, collaborative, great can-do attitude, flexible, comfortable facing Senior Management
