HR Manager

PT. BIS Industries is an Australian affiliated hauling company, currently operating in East Kalimantan with approx. 500 employees. We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic person to fulfil this challenging position.

Requirements and responsibilities:

• Excellent command of English, oral and written
• Good personality, able to communicate proficiently and effectively with all levels
• Minimum 5 years experiences in senior management in the mining industry
• Manage an HR team located in Balikpapan and at the mine site
• Exposure to Expatriates work permit, visas, documentations and renewal
• Possess sufficient knowledge of general HR functions: recruitment, training & development, BPJS, employee termination/industrial relation, payroll etc.
• Ensure that the Company policies and practices are in line with labour laws
• Organize the paperwork for annual performance appraisals, salary and bonus review processes
• Administration and maintenance of benefit and insurance scheme
• Ready to travel to the mine site on a regular basis
