1. SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (JAKARTA OFFICE)

Responsibilities:

• Open pit mine planning, optimization and design studies
• Project management and coordination
• Business development
• Managing and developing consultant under supervision
• Report and proposal writing
• Liaising with clients and other consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experiences as senior engineer or similar roles preferably in Mining Consultant.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning
• Capable of operating and familiar with Minescape (open cut), Xpac, Minex & others mining software
• Experience in management and supervisory in a production coal mine
• Experience in reporting and proposal writing both in Indonesian and English
• Ready to work in remote areas
• Strong commitment in safety and high professional standards in performance

 

2. SENIOR GEOLOGIST MODELING (JAKARTA OFFICE)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare geological model and interpretation.
• Geological model review, check and validation.
• Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic.
• Prepare Geological model output such as contour, sections etc.
• Prepare resources estimation and report.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Geologist with minimum 7 years of experiences in coal mining exploration (drillings and mapping activity), engineering and consulting
• Advance in operating MineScape Stratmodel & others mining software
• Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
• Understand resources reporting standards
• Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
• Excellent use of GIS Software and (Mapinfo etc)
• Willing to work in extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills including report writing - Good English is essential.
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Ready to work in remote areas

 

3. PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Lead the mining discipline, drive teamwork culture and performance to ensure sustainable growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in mining in similar role
• Preferably experience as KTT
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Having outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results which will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work in extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Having comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Having skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & verbal both in English and Indonesian, information monitoring, planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation
• Preferably has a "POU" Mining Indonesia competency certificate

 

4. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Proven management of a small specialist team of geologists and mining engineers
• Able to organize geological exploration teams
• Capable of holding meetings and presentations in English
• Able to prepare technical reports in English
• Able to liaise with a client base of significant international companies
• Assisting Client in dealing with ʺsoft issuesʺ related to Engineering work.
• Maintaining time line and program for development period.

Requirements:

• A geological degree from a recognized Indonesian University
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in coal exploration, modeling, mine planning and mine operations
• Strong working knowledge of Mincom Minescape Mine Planning Software
• Experienced with alternative mining Software
• Reasonably fluent in English
• Experienced in management and able to work unsupervised
• Having experience and skill to quality as a competent person for coal resources and reserves evaluation to JORC standards

 

5. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Open pit mine planning, optimization and design studies

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering

6. MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Prepare short and long term mine plan (production and project)
• Prepare periodical reports and production reconciliation as required
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicative; open and honest

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Mine Planning
• Capable of operating MineScape and Minex software
• Experience in management and supervisory in a coal mine production
• Preferably has a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment in safety and high professional standards in performance
• Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in Indonesian and English
• Ready to work in remote area

 

7. DRILL AND BLAST ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Manage Drill and Blast operations with optimal efficiency, explosives, permits and operational improvements.
• Provide drill and blast planning and review results for the most safe and efficient mine operation through coordination with mine planning & operations.
• Demonstrate good management and communications skills services and interaction with mining operations geared towards long term efficiency & profitability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining Engineering with Class I Blaster certificate
• Minimal 4 years of experiences in large Open cut mining industry, preferably in similar role.
• Preferably capable of operating MineScape or surface software
• Good English communication skills both in written & verbal, computer literacy
• Having full understanding of subcontractor explosive supplier contract, mine department rule and regulation

 

8. MINING SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Survey mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation periodically
• Understand topographical surveys of Greenfield and coal mines production
• Prepare mine plans / section as per mining law in Indonesia and per other needs
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings
• Prepare field survey plan
• Mine planning and maintaining using computer models of mine.

Requirements:

• Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old
• Minimum SMK in Mining, D3 Geodetic from reputable University
• Having minimum of 1‐2 years of experiences in civil construction & mining
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work at mine site and remote area
• Having knowledge of mine planning and survey related to software

 

9. PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Technical and mine planning support to the operation
• Monitor equipment performance
• Develop and maintain cost control reporting system
• Provide back up to the site based personnel.
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of recognized Mining Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of practical operating mining experience in a similar role.
• Having a working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software.
• Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian
• Computer literacy
• Preferably has a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Able to be efficient, honest, persistent and systems oriented in team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality
• Preferably understand about Heavy equipment
• Having knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable
• Ready to work in remote area

 

10. MINING SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical support to the operation
• Monitor equipment performance
• Maintain high safety standard and safe work practice all the times
• Participate in producing and delivering coal to the required standard blend and quality on time and to draw up budget
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of recognized Mining Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experiences in large open cut mining and or similar role
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
• Proven experience up to supervisory/superintendent level with mining contractors
• Experienced in subcontractor management, cost and staff management
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
• Preferably held a "POM" Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Able to be efficient, honest, persistent and systems oriented in team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality
