11. MINING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise team work to deliver a product which meets the required standard, on time and draw up budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:

• Senior High School degree
• Experienced as Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production
• Understanding most types of Mining Equipment
• Having ability in employee's supervision
• Minimum 4-5 years of experiences in the similar role
• Preferably held a "POP / POM" Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
• Computer literacy
• Ready to work in remote area

 

12. MINING FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:

• Senior High school degree
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferably held a "POP" Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Ready to work in remote area

 

13. QUALITY CONTROL

Responsibilities:

• Provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. The parameter is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Minimum 2‐3 years of experiences in a similar role at coal projects
• Experienced in Appropriate industry
• Ready to work in remote area
• Having knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
• Good communication skills, written‐verbal, both English and Indonesian
• Computer literacy
• Ready to work in remote area

 

14. PIT GEOLOGIST

Responsibilities:

• Check fault, drill hole and cropping
• Evaluate coal mining
• Get and measure new data drill hole mine out, expose, coal thickness, sampling, strike and DIP, fault etc
• Supervise coal quality control of miningRequirements:
• Bachelor degree of Geological Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Mining/PIT Geologist
• Capable of operating and familiar with Minescape (Start Models)
• Having good knowledge in mining principles, mining design concepts & operations
• Strong commitment in safety and high professional standards in performance
• Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian
• Ready to work in remote area

 

15. HSE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free in work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures and legislative requirements.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in a similar role.
• Having knowledge in legislative and statutory requirements.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal, both in English and Indonesian.
• Computer literacy

 

16. PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability & cost effectiveness.
• Ensure that all safety targets and requirements are met at all times.
• Ensure that all employees and sub-contractors within the workshop work in a safe, timely, efficient, and environmentally aware and cost conscious manner.
• Ensure that there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets.
• Establish priorities for the repair of equipment in order to optimize maximum utilization of plant fleet to achieve production targets.
• Liaise with operations with recommendations of equipment failure and damage causes.
• Review mechanical repairs and services to ensure compliance with the recording requirements of the Plant Systems and Procedures manual.
• Review plant costs to maintain/reduce budget on all plant items as determined by the plant rates.
• Conduct and attend weekly communication meetings as required.
• Provide Plant Department employees with the opportunity to increase knowledge and skills by recognizing and giving recommendation to held training in order to achieve workplace competencies.

Requirements:

• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred
• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries in the similar role.
• Having experience in Staff Management/Supervisory level.
• Having excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Indonesian and English
• Computer literacy
• Efficient, honest, team player, analytical, attention to detail and quality, persistence & systems orientated

 

17. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved.
• Complete daily breakdown reports and ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure adherence and commitment to the company's policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to Plant Department Policies and procedure to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved.
• Communicate openly and honestly and demonstrate a positive attitude in order to foster leadership and teamwork environment.
• Ensure that instructions and tasks are assigned

 

Requirements:

• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred
• Recognized Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experiences with a combination of mining and construction industries.
• Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian.
• Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
• Computer literacy.

 

18. MAINTENANCE PLANNER FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service equipment in accordance to the procedure.
• Ensure that the availability targets are achieved.
• Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturer's recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufacture's recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
• Develop mechanic skill and knowledge about heavy equipment (instructor)

Requirements:

• Technical high School -Mechanical engineering
• Recognized Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experiences in a combination of mining and construction industries, with at least 2 years in mining.
• Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian.
• Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
• Computer literacy.

 

19. MECHANICAL FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Maintain day to day activities
• Establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental
• Coordinate and implement preventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that production targets can be achieved.

Requirements:

• Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences as Foreman /Leading Hand.
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Computer literacy is preferred.

 

20. CPP FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Assist CPP Supervisor in managing & monitoring implementation & progress day to day of CPP operation.
• Involve developing & deliver the Daily Progress Report of CPP operation.
• Involve monitoring all critical point with operational issue.
• Involve evaluation & submit recommendation regarding plant operational improvement.
• Involve monitoring of day to day in coal quality & stockpile management recording. Prepare evaluation & recommendation for operational improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum SMU/SMK
• Experience in crushing & barging foreman minimum 3 years
• Good understanding in coal/mineral quality blending
• Good in crusher or conveyor system trouble shooting
• Hard worker and having good leadership experience
