Job Description:

• In Charge for Recruitment at site
• Know how to adm, scoring and interpret psychological tools
• Monitoring the quantity of Man Power

Qualification:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Psychology, IPK minimum 2,75
• 2 years experiences at the same level, experiences in mining companies would be an advantage
• Able to interpret min. papicostic, DISC and Wartegg / Grafis
• Able to do interview
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Based in Berau, East Kalimantan
