Min. 10 years

Responsibilities :

He/she is responsible for monitoring, anticipating and handling all litigation process and disputes related to operation, manpower and business of PT Arutmin Indonesia and providing legal advice in order to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualification :

• Min. S1 Degree in Law
• Preferably possessing advocate certificate
• Familiar with corporate legal activities
• Good understanding in all relevant law and regulations, especially in mining and forestry law
• Good skills in interpersonal relationship, negotiation and lobbying
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point)
• Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
• Possess strong capability to work as a team
• High commitment to safety standard & business ethic
• Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage
