ROAD MAINTENANCE LEADER (CODE: RML_TCM)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure Maintenance & repair of coal hauling road is conducted according to schedule and procedure by providing daily work schedule,
• Controlling and supervising maintenance & repair activity
• Conducting road patrol
• Supervising heavy equipment operation by contractor.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3) major in Civil Engineering.
• Age between 26 – 30 years old
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in the planning & road construction (preferably in mining hauling road/ earthwork)
• Familiar Civil Software (AutoCAD, Land Desktop Development)

 

Timber Management Supervisor (CODE: TMS_TCM)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring area land clearing and grubbing according with mine plan, supervise log cutting and log calculation and submit report to Dinas Kehutanan
• Supervise and control area log cutting not out from the boundary
• Evaluate and review achievement log cutting and calculate with the target

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III major in Mining/Environment Engineering or related field
• Age between 26 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in the same field
• Understanding of Mine Operation’s Business Process

 

Environment System (CODE: ESS_TCM)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep site environment from damage, pollution, and contamination caused by coal mining activity by planning, coordinating, and evaluating implementation of Environment Management System (EMS)
• Monitoring program and environment management that complies to company’s standard and prevailing government regulation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree major in Environment Engineering or related field
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in the same field/ EMS or related
• Understanding of Quality, Safety and Environment Department’s business process

 

Security Area Leader (CODE: SAL_TCM)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure security and order in office & camp area during shift hours by regulating security inspection schedule
• Setting up work schedule of security personnel
• Handling disturbance to security & order and securing crime scene area according to procedure

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III of any discipline
• Age between 30 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in the security at mining company
• Understanding of Security’s Department Business Process
• Hold driving certificate (SIM A)

 

Security Coordinator (CODE: SC_TCM)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling disturbance to security & order and securing crime scene area according to procedure
• Ensure safe & order within company area by analyzing potential risk to safe and order condition, setting up security procedure, coordinating & supervising
• Handling & investigation of case,
• Maintaining relation with both internal & external parties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III of any discipline
• Age between 35 – 45 years old
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in the security at mining company
• Understanding of Security’s Department Business Process
• Computer literacy
• Hold driving certificate (SIM A)

 

Land Compensation Superintendent (CODE: LCS_BEK)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure land acquisition target is achieved as plan and minimize community cases or claims related to land acquisition by coordinating & monitoring socialization of company plan on land acquisition
• Negotiating with land owner to get required land, coordinating process of land compensation and process to aquire land document, and providing solution on land related cases or claims.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Social and Political Science or Law
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in the same area at mining company
• Understanding of External relation’s Department Business Process

 

Mine Design Supervisor (CODE: MDS_BEK)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan & design mine activity at pit, dumping and disposal area, drainage, reclamation, and revegatation area
• Set up production plan rolling in weekly and monthly in accordance with yearly target.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Mine Engineering/ Geology Engineering
• Age between 23 – 30 years old
• Fresh graduates or Preferable has working experiences in the open pit design
• Understanding of Mine Operation’s Business Process & K3
• Familiar with Mindscape

 

Operation Planning (CODE: OPS_BEK)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible with mine design (short and long term) and scheduling production (three years/ five years)
• Ensure design & planning mine activity at pit, dumping and disposal area, drainage, reclamation, and revegatation area are comply with procedure.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in coal mining company
• Understanding of Mine Operation Department’s Business Process

 

In-pit Data Processing (CODE: IDP_BEK)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Calculate, compile and validate data of job volume in pit area (OB and coal) matching with Data from Survey Dept
• Prepare weekly and monthly Survey Data Processing Report

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Geodesy
• Age between 26 – 30 years old
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in the same area at coal mining company
• Understanding of Mine Operation Department’s Business Process
• Familiar working with database

 

AMD Management Plan Supervisor (CODE: AMDM_TCM)

East Kalimantan - Melak

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Acid Mine Drainage in daily basis and prepare recommendation to prohibit AAT at mine area
• Do quick analyze of rock sample from drilling activities, inform Pit Engineer regarding OB’s acid percentage OB before dump to dumping area.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Geology/Mining Engineering
• Age between 26 – 30 years old
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences at coal exploration area
• Understanding of Mine Geology’s Business Process

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS

• Good command of English (verbal and written )
• Have analytical thinking, good in work planning & management, problem solving, good communication and good report writing skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule deadline
