PT. BintangMandiri Perkasa Drill is a company in drilling service of Mineral, Coal, Oil and Gas. We are looking for a talented, smart, experienced and energetic person to fill following position:

SENIOR SAFETY OFFICER

Qualification:

• Honest and responsible.
• Gradution of min. Bachelor (S1) of Society Health, K3 or equivalent.
• Work experience min. 5 years (prioritized from Drilling/Mining Company).
• Having K3 Competency Certificate (Sertifikat Kompetensi K3) from Disnaker/Pertambangan or from Pusdiklat MIGAS.
• Prioritized having Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Competency Certificate.
• Capable to make investigation report and other HSE reports.
• Agressive, proactive, creative and loyal.
• Understand principle and application of HSE.
• Understand SOP application in job.
• Good in using computer program.
• Good Communication
• Prioritized fluent English in conversation and written.

MARKETING MANAGER

Qualification:

• Honest and responsible.
• Bachelor Degree with Major in Geology, Mining, Oil Engineering, and or equivalent.
• Experience min. 10 years in related field (experince in Drilling Company is preferable).
• Assertive, proactive, creative and loyal.
• Understanding the regulation of the Mining, Oil and Gas. Preferably if understand PTK 007.
• Know and understand about the making of the contract of employment.
• Have a lot of relationships and understand the marketing strategy.
• Good in using computer programs.
• Have a Good Interpersonal Skill.
• Fluent English in conversation and written.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Qualification:

• Honest and responsible.
• Gradution of min Bachelor (S1) of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Work experience min. 10 years (prioritized from Drilling/Heavy Equipment Company).
• experience in planning work or maintenance management of all company’s equipments/machineries.
• Mastering various kinds of engine or drilling equipment in mineral, coal, oil and gas.
• Having leadership skill, active and creative.
• Fluent English in conversation and written.
• Expert in operating computer.

DRILLING SUPERVISOR

Qualification :

• Honest and responsible.
• Minimum education High School/equivalent.
• Having experience as Drilling Supervisor min. 5 years.
• Having leadership, proactive, creative and loyal.
• Understand the duties and responsibilities of Drilling Supervisor.
• Understand various drilling methods especially in Mineral and Coal Mining.
• Capable to lead the team to reach company’s goal.
• Fluent English (priority) and capable to use computer program.
• Ready to be placed anywhere in Company’s project sites.

MECHANIC

Kualifikasi :

1. Jujur dan Bertanggung Jawab.
2. Pendidikan min. STM / SMK – Teknik Mesin/Otomotif / Sederajat.
3. Pengalaman sebagai Mechanic pada mesin Pemboran min. 3 Tahun.
4. Proaktif, kreatif dan loyalitas tinggi
5. Menguasai Troubleshooting pada mesin bor dan kompressor.
6. Siap ditugaskan dimanapun pada lokasi kerja Perusahaan.
