Job responsibilities
- Managing above all the working files that are being worked in the Legal Division, including preparing a bundle of documents that have been signed at the time the work has been completed to ensure any working files have accurate information.
- Prepare reports on the working file so that it can produce any information on the progress of work in the Legal division.
- Checking the validity of any legal documents the company to make sure the document is valid in accordance with the applicable legislation.
- Ensure the implementation of the company's documentation of legal documents and library Legal division accordance with the provisions and procedures so that documents can be easily found if needed, is recorded in a database system, controlled existence and maintained in reasonable condition.
- Carry out documentation of legislation that can support the performance division of Legal and always update yourself on all legislation to ensure that all documents are documented and easy to find.
- Carry out duties as administrator of the documentation management system for legal documents and the company's subsidiaries and do sosialisi use to ensure the system can be implemented in an integrated and appropriate procedures.
Job requirement
- Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree with majoring: Secretary or Library Management
- Have 2 years experience as Document Controller
- Have a skill of Documentation Management and Document Management System (Alchemy)
- Good team work and inter personal skills
