Finance & Accounting Sr. Officer

Job Description

• Manage all financial operations including accounting,  revenue, asset and overall performance of finance department
• Review book keeping, invoice from vendor, prepare payment request and execute the payment to vendor
• Prepare bank reconciliation,  financial statement, report and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
• Assist in development of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finance based on sound accounting procedures and controls.
• Manage general ledger accounts to ensure that all finance transactions meet the statutory and reporting requirements
• Monitoring cash flow
• Tax reporting

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess least Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking  from reputable university.
• At least 2 - 3 year(s) experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have knowledge standard accounting policy and guideline
• Having experience related of Financial report and Taxes
• Strong analytical problem solving skills with high attention detail
• Good responsibility, and willing to work with minimum supervise

Accounting & Tax Staff

Job Description

• Review and validasi payment request
• Input transactions to accounting software
• Prepare monthly taxes report
• Calculate tax and review tax calculation
• Responsible for general ledger
• Monitoring cash flow

Requirements

• Candidate must possess least Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Tax from reputable university.
• At least 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have knowledge standard accounting policy and guideline
• Familiar with accouting software, Accurate Software will be advantage
• Able to using eSPT and update tax regulation
• Having Tax Certification
• Strong analytical problem solving skills with high attention detail
• Good responsibility  and willing to work under pressure

Mine Plan Engineer

Job Description

• Monitoring the progress of mining operation
• Provide mine plan & design as required
• Preparing monthly plan including updating mining reserves, calculating equipment capasity and dumping sequences.
• Preparing sequence monthly plan and weekly plan
• Preparing PIT optimation
• Forecast production report

Requirements :

• Diploma/bachelor degree from mining
• 2 – 3 years experiences
• Able to use mining software (Autocad, minescape/minex)
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Honest and trustworthy
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
