ENV0230 – SPECIALIST ENV RECLAMATION MONITORING & DATABASE

Responsibilities :

• Mematuhi semua peraturan kesehatan, keselamatan dan lingkungan  kerja serta mematuhi semua peraturan yang tercantum dalam peraturan departemen Pertambangan dan Energi no 555.K/M.PE dan peraturan no 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995
• Mematuhi semua peraturan Kesehatan, keselamatan kerja dan tanggung jawab sosial di bawah Newmont Asia Pasifik  yang tergabung dalam Sistem Manajemen, Visi dan Misi Newmont
• Menyusun dan mengawasi  program pemantauan keberhasilan reklamasi PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara 
• Mendampingi dan bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal    dalam kegiatan penilaian dan evaluasi keberhasilan reklamasi
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap penyimpanan dan pengelolaan database reklamasi baik numerik dan spasial dalam shared drive Departemen Lingkungan
• Menyediakan data dan   peta  kemajuan reklamasi dan pembukaan lahan untuk kepentingan internal  maupun untuk pelaporan ke pemerintah seperti diantaranya laporan triwulan RKL/RPL dan reklamasi, laporan semester penggunaan lahan, laporan tahunan reklamasi, dan  pemutakhiran peta baseline Pinjam Pakai
• Mendampingi dan bekerjasama dengan konsultan dalam proyek-proyek reklamasi.
• Setiap tahunnya memutakhirkan dan menyusun katalog dan atlas daerah reklamasi
• Menyelesaikan tugas yang dibebankan tepat waktu, termasuk prioritas tugas yang diberikan.
• Tugas dan tanggung jawab yang tercantum diatas adalah reprentasi dari level kerja yang dibebankan dan belum termasuk semuanya.

Qualifications :

• Pendidikan minima Sarjana S-1 Kehutanan/Geografi   dari universitas yang  terkemuka.
• Paling tidak mempunyai pengalaman bekerja  selama  2-3  tahun dalam pengelolaan data spasial di perusahaan sektor  kehutanan maupun pertambangan
• Ketrampilan, dan pengetahuan, Pelatihan dan Pengalaman yg diharapkan:
• Ahli dalam pengelolaan data spasial dan pengolahan data citra satelit menggunakan ARCGIS dan software GIS lainnya
• Mampu dalam menggunakan program  Excel Macro, AutoCAD, Corel Draw, software inventory hutan, serta mengoperasikan drone untuk survey kehutanan  merupakan nilai tambah
• Mampu berbicara  dan menulis laporan dalam  Bahasa Inggris dengan baik
• Posisi ini diharapkan banyak membuat keputusan teknis dan memprioritaskan pekerjaan pada tugas yg dibebankan tanpa pengawasan dan panduan yang ketat 

PRC0269 - METALLURGIST

Responsibilities :

• Comply with all PTNNT Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995.
• As directed by Senior Metallurgist, manage the work directly with the Metallurgists, Shift Metallurgists, and Senior Process Operations personnel in Crushing and Grinding Optimisation. This includes but is not limited to:
• Daily monitoring and conduct trouble shooting in Primary Crushing, SAG and Ball Mills, Pebble Crusher, and Classification circuit areas
• Monitor plant sampling and particle size split on-line analyser equipment 
• Identify, investigate and recommend circuit optimisation opportunities and initiatives for implementation via Process Operations and Maintenance as appropriate;
• Assist in implementation of operational and capital initiatives as required by Process Operations and Maintenance
• Develop liners configuration, track their usage, stock inventory, and deliveries
• Develop Hydro-cyclone configuration, track their usage, inspection, stock inventory, and deliveries.
• Keeps current with mineral processing technology and the practical experiences of other operations.

Qualifications :

• A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering discipline and a minimum of two years in the mining and mineral processing industry.
• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR is preferred.
• Highly developed problem solving, analytical thinking and creative thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential.  Good verbal and writing English language skill is preffered.
• Technical knowledge of mining/processing processes and systems. 
• Proven team work and proactive independent work ethic. 

PRC0272 - METALLURGIST - PROJECT

Responsibilities :

• Comply with all PTNNT Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995.
• As direct by Senior Metallurgical Project, manage the work directly with Metallurgist and relevant stakeholders in engaging and executing project stages.  
• This includes but is not limited to:
• Design metallurgical test work scheme to deliver process design criteria and develop process flow
• Develop project scope, project charter, provide technical and economic justification for required funding as well as deliver project execution plan
• Produce change modification request, coordinate and ensure Risk and Opportunities carried out along the project stages.
• Planned and execute weekly project meeting with stakeholder, report project in regular basis and ensure the project closing steps carried out prior fully close the project with post execution assessment.
• Coordinate work carried out by external consultants, contractors and suppliers as requested by Coordinator Metallurgical Projects.  
• Monitor and report project and performance on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

PRD0014-DRAFTSMAN DESIGNER

Responsibilities :

• Comply with all PTNNT Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995.
• Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under Newmont Asia Pacific Integrated Management System, Newmont vision and values.
• Supervise all computer and manual drafting tasks to produce drawings, majority architectural drawings, as-builds, and structural steel drawings
• Good skill to operate computer software such as:
• o    AutoCAD
• o    Micro Stations
• o    Microsoft offices
• Competence do the calculations of materials and prepare work scheduling 
• Maintain material take-offs as required for preparation of cost estimates
• Supervise all Digitize engineering, survey and architectural data.
• Manage hard and electronic copies of drawings, sketches, MTOs, files and maps.
• Manage supplies of drafting equipment and consumables.
• Manage the work area clean and safe and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions
• Assist others supervisor in the duties of the position (if required).

Qualifications :

• STM – D3 – Computer Drafting and Technical Drawing or higher
• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR will be advantage.
• Computer skills in AutoCAD, Micro station and Microsoft office
• Minimum 5 years experience in design office
• Good spoken and written English language skills.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mining or heavy industry
• Familiar with Indonesian Building Standard and Building Code of Australia (BCA)
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
