Austin Engineering Indonesia is a global engineering company with its core business in the mining and resources sector in Batam Island. We are currently re-enforcing our successful team and inviting highly motivated Indonesian Professionals in fabrication of structural steel, Process skids and Heavy plate industry to join our team as :

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Based in Jakarta

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• The primary focus of the Business Development Manager will be developing Business for the company and to bring in new customers in targeted market areas as directed by the Company. 
• Building relationships with existing clients and new potential clients.
• Responsible for heading up coverage in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
• Assist with the development of sales policies, programs, methods, and promotional ideas, forecasts, sales quotas, sales campaigns, etc.
• Manage and Establish Strategy to achieve Budgeted Order Intake and create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
• Provide any necessary report such: call report, meetings and visits.

General Requirements :

• Having Technical / Engineering Background, Technical Engineer / Mining Engineer Background.
• At least 5 years of Similar experience as Business Development/ Sales Manager from Heavy Equipment Dealer
• A good understanding of the mining market
• Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
• Good skills to define and negotiate conditions, pricing, payment terms, programmed orders, sales targets and market share
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia - written, verbal and presentation skills are MUST.
• Proven ability to work independently .
• Country wide travel.
• Indonesia Citizen (WNI) only need apply.
• Interview will be conducted in Batam ( Airplane ticket will be provided )

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Based in Batam
