HSE TRAINER

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as HSE Supervisor/Officer from mining industry is required for this position.
• Must have a good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• ISO 9001,14001 certified, OHSAS 18001 certified, Training for Trainer certified
• Must have experienced as HSE Trainer, especially in HSE System and Operational matters.
• Frequent business trip to all our projects

Project Cost Controller

Job Description:

Provide assistance to Project Manager for cost reduction initiative at project. Provide assistance to Project Manager for preparing budget and forecast. Provide project cost performance report and variance analysis. Provide physical major stock count and analyzing of production target (OB & COAL) achievement as well as periodic equipment (heavy duty units) availability. Monitor project costing allocation are corrected and properly posted to the system. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree/S1 in Accounting or Engineering (Mining/Mechanical).
• 2 years working as cost controller in mining related industry.
• Has high exposure in mining business processes which includes recognizing & analyzing the cost drivers.
• Advance in MIcrosoft Excel.
• Good analytical thinking & interpersonal skills.
• Good in English writting and speaking (presentation).
• Willingness to be placed at projects. R & R = 8 : 2 (weeks).

Enviroment & Safety Officer

Kalimantan Selatan - Rantau-Sungai Pinang

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the environmental and safety in mining industry are required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Rantau-Sungai Pinang Kalimantan Selatan.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil).
• At least 14 year(s) of working experience as Civil Engineer or 3 years as Civil Superintendentmin mining contractors/industry.
• Has knowledge of engineering, constructions,thorough knowledge and skill of scheduling and costing methods including its practices & procedures.
• Shall have capability to make plan, formulate and recommend project schedule and cost estimate in accordance with project objectives, give advice on project status, variations, and recovery plans, operate schedule and costing applications.
• Have the ability to identify problems or potential problems early and give good
  technical advice to the constructors thus assisting then in efficient project execution. Shall be very familiar with construction schedules and means of gauging construction productivity.
• Shall be familiar with a wide range of heavy construction equipment and its operation as well as various construction techniques and various procedures (e.g – heavy lifting).
• Six months contract is available (based on project).
