Sales Engineer - Crushing & Screening

(Based in Balikpapan or Jakarta)

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for achievement of budgeted revenue
• Responsible for developing customer relationships and effective sales to meet the required revenue targets for the segment.
• Develop sales plan and sales opportunities for Sandvik product line within the defined territory.
• Liase between customer and Sandvik to ensure all issues are settled in timely manner.
• Provide regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development and overall satisfaction of customer.
• Work with Product Line Managers, Aftermarket Operations Manager and Account Managers on customer strategies that will affect the revenue and business profitability of the Segment.
• Carry out any duties as instructed by your manager.

Your profile:

• At least 2-3 years sales experience within the mining and mineral exploration (or similar) industries. Mining/Crushing & Screening application knowledge is advantageous.
• Commercial and Contract management experience, exposure to delivery of Aftermarket Service in Mining, Construction or Engineering industries are advantageous.
• Strategic planning and operational experience in mining / drilling field would be a great benefit.
• Financial analysis and high level of computer literacy.
• A team player and having ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
