PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job responsibilities

Getting a new IPP project for Adaro power by developing the concept of all aspects the project from the beginning up to get a contract from the customer (PPA)

• Responsible for overall project it undertakes. Including having a thorough knowledge of the project.
• Coordinating with all parties, both with internal and external to ensure the success getting projects
• Responsible for leading and guiding subordinate in business development department
• Ensuring business development activities goes according with rules and regulations applicable in Adaro including when in need to create and improve existing procedure.

Job requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in any background from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience in IPP Projects  
• Have deep understanding of project management , experience in bidding projects, experience involved in projects of high complexity
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good Conseptual thinking  and analytical skill
• Good leadership and managerial skills
• Good Multitasking skill
• Good command in English both oral and written
