PT. DWINAD NUSA SEJAHTERA, a Gold Mine Company operated at Musi Rawas Utara District in Southern Sumatra Indonesia are seeking a qualified candidate for:

UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

ROLE DETAILS:

1. This role is offered on an 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster and is FIFO from Jakarta
2. You will be reporting to the Senior Underground Superintendent.
3. You will need to provide supervision and a safe working environment to on-­‐site for all Electrical personnel, ensuring planned maintenance and servicing of site electrical, fixed plant and mobile equipment is carried out efficiently and safely. tambag.or.id
4. Assist with the Development of annual maintenance budgets. Review departmental expenditure on a monthly basis and ensure all variances to budget are investigated and explained. Identify specific areas of cost improvements and develop and implement action plans to achieve these gains. tambang .or .id
5. Ensure all statutory reporting requirements and regulatory compliances are met in relation to Electrical installations and mining infrastructure.

KEY PERFORMANCE TASKS:

• The role will involve both underground and surface electrical maintenance for the underground operation and be responsible for:
• Assist with the Development of annual maintenance budgets. Review departmental expenditure on a monthly basis and ensure all variances to budget are investigated and explained. Identify specific areas of cost improvements and develop and implement action plans to achieve these gains.
• Ensure all statutory reporting requirements and regulatory compliances are met.
• The assembling, installing, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment;
• Diagnosing malfunctioning systems using test equipment and repairing.
• Ensuring that all electrical equipment on site is maintained in safe working order.
• Direction, accountability and Supervision of Shift Electricians.
• REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 1000V Electrical experience
• Underground Electrical experience
• Supervisory experience
• Pronto experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maintenance experience on Electrical, fixed and mobile plant
• Electrical relevant Trade certificate
• Current Drivers License
• A minimum of 5 years exposure to the Mining Industry is required for this position.
