KPC was established in 1982. Acording to Work Contract of Coal Mining Exploitation (PKP2B, Perjanjian Kontrak Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara) signed on 8th April, 1982, the Government gave permission to the Company to undertake exploration, production, and marketing of coal from the area of agreement until 2021. The area in the Regency of Kutai Timur, Province of Kalimantan Timur.

SENIOR SPECIALIST – PURCHASING

(Permanent Position)

QUALIFICATIONS

• S1 degree from reputable University with minimum 5 years experiences in Supply Chain or Engineering or Mining.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess qualification in Supply Chain from reputable organization such as Charterer Institute of Purchasing and Supply, or any other similar organization.
• Proficient in Supply Chain Management Software, such as Ellipse, MRP, etc.
• Good communication in Bahasa and English.

ENGINEER - GEOTECHNICAL

(Permanent Position)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate Geology Engineering / Mining Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Having minimal 3 years experience in Geotechnical to be prioritized.
• Basic understanding of mine geotechnical process.
• Holding driving license – Sim A.
• Commitment to KPC safety and environment regulations.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Good communication in both written and spoken English
2. Good interpersonal and organisational skills
3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
