G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

PROJECT GEOLOGIST EXPLORATION – RE 0526)

The position requires a suitably fit and healthy individual with the technical skills and ability to perform quality geological field work and an eye for detail.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site and Regional Exploration Department. Reporting to the Exploration Superintendent the responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

1. Managing exploration programs and related personnel
2. Overseeing drilling programs, geophysical and geodetic surveys
3. Interpreting data for target generation include ASD scanning/3D modelling
4. Assisting other staff where or as required.

The individual sought should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in geology
2. This is a FIFO position on a 4 weeks on /2 weeks off roster
3. Initial six month contract offered
4. 5-8 years experience preferably in a regional exploration environment
5. Understand different geological models and systems
6. Knowledgeable in GIS software packages – Mapinfo/Discoverer or similar
7. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organisation
8. Possess good English, both written and verbal
9. Able to work with limited supervision in remote areas for extended periods
10. Willing to work in a GREAT team of multinational staff
11. Female candidates are encouraged to apply

13. Must be available to commence work by early June 2015

GEOLOGIST EXPLORATION– (RE 0527)

The position requires a suitably fit and healthy individual with the technical skills and ability to perform quality geological field work and an eye for detail.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site and Regional Exploration Department. Reporting to the Exploration Superintendent the responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

1. Assiting with the running of exploration programs and related personnel
2. Data collection and compilation
3. Interpreting data for target generation include ASD scanning/3D modelling
4. Assisting other staff where or as required.

The individual sought should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in geology
2. This is a FIFO position on a 4 weeks on /2 weeks off roster
3. Initial six month contract offered
4. Up to 3 years experience preferably in a regional exploration environment
5. Understand different geological models and systems
6. Knowledgeable in GIS software packages – Mapinfo/Discoverer or similar
7. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel in an organisation
8. Possess good English, both written and verbal
9. Willing to work in remote locations
10. Female candidates are encouraged to apply

12. Must be available to commence work by early June 2015
