Organization Development & Performance Management Supervisor

• Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
• Job Description :Responsible to supervise the organization development & performance management activity program.
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Designing learning and development program
  • Collecting and managing data of organization development.
  • Set up, develop , monitor and ensure that the objective for People & Organizational Development are implemented
  • Responsible for overall organization development  function, from : job analyses, Job evaluation, Job Description.
  • Review  the performance system and set up the Individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for company
• Job Requirement
  • Education  : Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Management
  • Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
• Skill and Ability :
  • Have a good Interviewing Skills
  • Have a good Presentations Skills
  • Mastering Organization Development
  • Mastering Performance Management
