LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SENIOR MANAGER

Description:

1. Build Learning strategy to integrate with Business Goals.
2. To manage the end-to-end learning & development processes including: Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
3. Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, action learning & e-learning
4. Delivering these blended solutions and training sessions to your delegates, mostly at management level
5. Manage and oversee the development of your training team
6. Preparing and management of the training budget

Requirement :

1. Experience of management development and soft skills training.
2. Experience of designing and delivering a variety of traning solutions
3. A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications.
