G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

REPORTING & COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR

(CD 0423)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site and Community Development Department. Reports directly to the Community Services Superintendent.

The role of the Reporting and Compliance Supervisor is to assist Department in managing reporting and any compliance requested for Community Development Department and Community Relations Department in order to achieve companys standard and government regulation. This position also manage departmental records management system.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelor Degree preferably from English literature, Administration or Management science
2. Five (5) years of experience in mining company or multinational company with similar job description
3. Proficiency in English oral and written
4. Good knowledge in community development program and CSR
5. Good knowledge on database/records management system
6. Good knowledge in presentation and communication skill
7. Good knowledge on standard reporting system (Global Reporting Initiative/ Compliance to Government)
8. Good understanding in analytical and conceptual skills
9. Good understanding in leadership and influenial team building skills
10. Good experience in written reporting skill
11. Good monitoring and evaluation skill
12. Able to maintain confidentiality of information
