HR SECTION HEAD
Job responsibilities
Oversee HR Operations includes Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development, Industrial Relation, Document Management includes permits for expatriate, Provide operational direction to HR & GA team on site to execute and solving all HR issues, performing and follow-up all matters related HR&GA Operation
- HR Budget preparation
- Supervise the preparation and use of HR budget accordance with policies
- Ensure the cycle of performance appraisal running smoothly and integration of employee jobs matched with company objectives
- Ensure the process of job evaluation and remuneration system
- Maintain relation with abour union
- Design and Evaluate training program
- Ensure all administration and document related with HR & GA operation available at any time
Job requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation
- Good understanding of HR functions area, recruitment, training and employee development, performance management, job evaluation and remuneration system.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung (South Kalimantan)
