ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
(Jakarta Based)
Designated position intends to act as Electrical Engineer, to execute Engineering Tasks within OGS Business Sector. Position holder will execute Engineering works of aspect for OGS construction work related and to support Engineering and Construction Department. Main objective is to ensure engineering works and construction activities are in line with schedule.
To manage, review, and generate designs and drawings for OGS projects or works related, both in condition of information from Engineering and Construction department and specific requirement of OGS.

Responsible to manage and implement of organizations industrial relations, employee relations to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes and maintain industrial peace; also to ensure that the organizations current and future administrative needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree, preferably Law
- Min. 10 years professional experience in People Development / HR field, out of which 5 years in managerial position.
- Able to develop and maintain relationship with regional and local government officials

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.

- Managing all marine issues within POSB and emergency precaution and able to act professionally when emergency occur. Responsible for administrating a sound and effective emergency prevention program. Supervise to ensure immediate act by ERT. He also must ensuring day to day emergency preparedness within the site is in correct manner.
- Oversee and coordinate in ensuring all operation related to marine is safe and comply with regulation. Managing POSB marine transport fleet and enforcing marine subcontractor to comply with all information stated on the contract agreement.
- Managing and coordinating PFSO, and active participate for ISPS accreditation.
- Direct, monitor and evaluate emergency response procedure.
- To coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance all emergency management program to prepare for and direct the actions in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
- At least senior high school or D-3 from marine university or merchant marine with minimum 5 years progressively and has experience working onboard vessel and experience in emergency coordinator or crisis management.

- Oversee and coordinate with owner of the LCT include master of the LCT in order to comply with marine regulation, ISM code and ISPS regulation.
- Carry out regular inspection on LCT and speedboat nor longboat, address all finding promptly.
- Initiate required drill related to marine and ISPS.
- Develop or ensure POSB marine management system is made/followed.
- Coordinate with all POSB PFSO and SSO from all vessels in order maintain good standards. Initiate drills regularly.
- Guide and teach all speedboat and longboat operator on how to understand basic navigation watch keeping, regulation of preventing collusion at sea, how to use RADAR.
- Manage no pollution to the water, and have a good coordination to POSB ERT in order to act as fast as possible if oil spill to the water occurred. Understand about SOLAS and MARPOL and contribute the best effort to adopt them.
- Oversee marine transport fleet, check and making sure all necessary information on the contract agreement have properly been followed, if not enforce subcontractor to follow it correctly.
- Focal point of contact for any audit or inspection to the LCT, speedboat or longboat service companies.
- Manage jetty masters, roro jetty operation in daily basis.
- Oversee jetty operation, make sure all required life saving appliances at the jetty are available.
- Making sure jetty has good housekeeping, all fire fighting equipment at the jetty area has good function.
- Maintain standard in order to ensure ISPS accreditation.
- Active communicate and coordinate with BPN coast guards, port authority, fire brigade, BASARNAS.
PROJECT OFFICER
(Jakarta Based)
To maintain project calendar, milestones and control multiple project through project life cycle. Analyzed data collection, generated report, prepare presentation, project support and documented all document.

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
- Min. 5 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation

- Min Diploma Degree in Engineering.
- Min. 2 years experiences as a surveyor.
- Able to operate survey equipment.
- May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in all project location.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and develop survey data and maintain database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
- Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
- Collect accurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure data are interpreted accurately by the Survey draftsman.
- Coordinate and liaise with engineering & constructions team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field.
- Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
